robb315
Does anyone have any real world experience with the waterproof targets and waterproof pasters from DAA? Do they work as well as they are advertised?
MikeBurgess
We have had the opportunity to use them at 1 match, it was a drizzly day for the most part, just enough rain to keep the bags on the targets with about 30 min of hard rain while our squad was shooting the stage we were testing them on. that said they worked great, we ran almost 90 shooters through the match and they held up just fine, we changed out the partial targets because too many pasters to score them but the open targets held up all day. You could paste a hole with water running over the face of the target just like they show in their video. when it was really poring you could see the pasters showing some darker spots as they got soaked but they didn't fall off or stop you from pasting new holes. My $.02 is our club will never shoot bagged targets again.

gng4life
I have never personally used them or shot them but I was told by someone that they worked great but the cost was high. Sounds like you get what you pay for in this situation.

Its at the end of the month, we don't know if its going to rain or not. But if it does come a monsoon, no worries.

This seems to be the plan that makes the most sense. I hate shooting through bags, but most of all, I hate it when I have to shoot through bags and the guy I’m trying to beat doesn’t.
