rustychev
So as I was sitting at my 650 working on the last 2k of my 18k 9MM run two things came to mind 1 What is the lifespan of a 550 or 650 2 Well we put a lot of rounds on our presses what king of round counts do not competitive shooters put on a press. My press is only at about 65 or 70K rounds and still in very good shape.
lonestardiver
I have one 650 that is between 20-25 years old and a second about 8 years old. Keep then maintained and they keep on going. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

Service Desk
Keep them lubed up, free of dirt and grit....they could last a lifetime. With Dillon warranty...they will.

shred
Probably 300K on one 1050 and 90K on the other. IIRC Dillon says the 1050's should go a million rounds or so. 650's and 550s maybe not that far, but lifetime warrantee...

anbrumm
I got my 650 used, and between reloading and decapping cases I've probably put 50-60k through my machine. I know it's not a lot compared to some folks here, but no issues to note aside from a broken index ring and worn our primer pawl/spring.
Sigarmsp226
Learned that Dillon has a RL1100 in their R&D area that had over 1,000,000 cycles on it with no major component breakages. That is an impressive number in my book... Edited March 8, 2020 by Sigarmsp226
