Czgunsalot
Just wanted to share maybe it’ll be helpful for some people that shoot dots. I figured this out a few years ago when my RMR screws on my Glock got stripped. (Note: I bought this as is) 1. Pretty much carefully drill it slightly. 2. Find a torx bit that is a bit oversize from the hole you drilled. 3. Slightly hammer the bit into it. 4. Remove with 1/4” ratchet for best leverage. love2fishnshoot
Same thing happened to one of my red dots. Ended up just drilling the screw head out til it snapped. And then used pliers to remove the rest of the screw from mount. I’ve tried using those screw extractor bits. I’ve followed all video instructions but they seem to not work for me
Posvar
This happened to me last month! Made me so mad. Took it to my shop and got it out in seconds with a better quality tool. Mine was worn down enough to cause it with a cheap screw. All better now and replaced screws with quality ones.

Lucreau
Can always drill away the screw head, remove the rds and then with some channel locks take the rest of the screw out of the mount

Aircooled6racer
Hello: left hand twist drill bit works well. I don't like EZ out bits since I have had to remove far too many broken EZ outs over the years that people broke trying to remove a broken/rusted screws on cars or engines. Thanks, Eric
