Steve RA
Probably heavy and slow to load, be good for the first 9 shots though! Unless they all went with one trigger pull!
Hi-Power Jack
Sure looks like they all go off at the same time, and I think I see an attachment at the bottom to hook up to a mount - probably Very Heavy.
BJB
It's a volley gun. They all go off at the same time. It was an anti-personnel weapon serving much the same purpose as canister shot out of a cannon against massed troops, but not as effective and much more complicated. admcd
Didn't the British Navy experiment with a version during the age of sail? IIRC, it was found to be too heavy and slow to reload and didn't out perform a musket so they said eff it.
