R1valdez
Can I shave down the safety on my CZ shadow and be legal in production? I couldn’t find anything on the rules about it. I don’t wanna have to buy thin safeties if I can just file mines down. Thanks in advance

nasty618
see https://uspsa.org/viewer/Appendix_D4.pdf Section 21.6. You may replace small external parts (safeties mentioned specifically) with aftermarket parts

But now that you can replace minor exterior parts, it seems like there is no way to know if you shaved down the part and not going to be enforced if you did. Brooke
Why on earth waste time and effort modifying a safety when you can just buy one? Don't waste your time inventing things that already exist.
