TANFARM
Saw a thread in another section and lost it......have a MBF on my 650 9 mm using 147 Blue Bullets ...having an upside down Bullet every 25 rounds or so......other than this it’s perfect. How do I adjust the unit to eliminate this .....Thanks in advance!
Sarge
I recommend you going to YouTube and watch the MBF videos that Rick and DAA posted. They are very good and cover just about every issue one might encounter.
RileyLV
...And if you haven't yet converted to the alternative mounting system that mounts directly on a pipe attached to your loading bench take a look at the thread elsewhere that describes it. Tom S.
Or start using DEWC's.
cvincent
Adjust the nose guide to just barely far enough so that point up Bullets do not drop down and flip. The bare minimum that you can get away with. After that isolate it from any movement of the press. It will be 100%. darkvibe
Check the angle of the collator too.

GregJ
When I first set mine up, I found it was easier to take the MBF off the case feeder bowl and hold it on the bench and run it to see exactly what needed to be adjusted and how much. Obviously it needs to be held in same angle and steady. Good luck!
srrch
The angle of the mbf is really important. Make sure it is a 45 degrees. Use a combo square or some other tool to check the angle. I use 147 flat points almost exclusively and rarely get flips.Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
