Bullet weight for CCP

My 147 load that shoots greats in 5" guns tumbles in my 4" guns and has a laundry list of issues.

What weight does everyone find to work better in your shorter tubed blasters?

I'm running 147's in my Glock 19. I did find that there was a very significant drop in velocity going from my 5" guns (specifically Springfield XD), to the point where I had to increase my powder charge a bit to make power out of my G19.

Have you successfully run different Ammo? Gun problem?

I use 147s in all my 9mms. I set up my loads to make PF from the shortest barrel and use the same load in everything.

No tumbling using my 147gr loads in my 4". But I did bump up the charge an additional .2gr to account for the barrel length and higher recoil spring rate.

Been shooting Freedom's 147fmj in my 19. Very low recoil impulse, gun functions well and they're accurate.

shoot same loads in ccp gun as ssp gun. 147gr BBI, 3.10 titegroup.

Both of my 9's (XDM 5.25 & XD Mod 2) get the same 147 gr. load and shoot extremely well.

yeah 115s and 124s works like a dream in it. I just wondered how it worked for everyone else.

same load goes in a G34, goes in a SP01 Shadow, goes in a G19, goes in a P01.

I haven't had any problems with 147 in my 19 or P07
