Hi-Power Jack Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 The correct ratio for water to sports drinks (Gatorade, PowerAde etc.) is 3-1. .too much Gatorade will make you sick. You don't want to digest all that sugar. There's a new product on the market - looks like Gatorade, tastes like Gatorade and comes in the same shaped bottle - But, it has NO SUGAR :bow: It's called Zero. Why 3:1 ration water to Gatorade?
