Flattening DOH

I use a Blade-tech OWB holster, with a DOH attachment, for USPSA Production. Last weekend, at a match, I looked down and some of the screws had come loose and I was about to lose the holster, with the gun in it. I have to use spacers to get the gun vertical enough to meet the 2 inch rule and the thread engagement isn't very good.

Is there a way to flatten the DOH attachment so the 2 screw surfaces are closer to parallel so I don't need to use spacers to keep the gun close enough to my body? That way I can get better thread engagement.

Buy new screws? LOWE'S or Home Depot...

FWIW, I tried to flatten mine a bit with a heat gun...didn't work....so, washers and longer screws...

This, I was able to source longer screws at Lowes and paint them black to match. Also it depends on which belt you are wearing and how it fits and if you are using a tech-lock or other attachement.
