Given that they maintain a $70 billon this means that 1.4% of it's inventory would be on the chopping block. IMHO, it sounds like a cover story for where all the ammo went that we are supplying to the insurgent forces in places like Syria. "Guess we know where all the components are going........." I remember a unit I served in buying foot massagers, yes, foot massagers, at the end of FY 2000. Gotta spend every dime or risk a budget cut the following year.
