Prebaned
Going to try out some bayou 9mm bullets on my 650. Been using the Xtreme 124fp plated bullets with titegroup. The Xtremes are .355 and work fine in my glock 17 and s&w 5906. Load data 9MM 124gr plated FP Xtreme Titegroup 4.0gr OAL1.078 1067AVG FPS glock 17 4.5 inch barrel Dies are Lee sizing, Redding comp pro seater, Lee FCD. Any issue with the Gator snot lead bullets with these dies? What is the diameter of the bayous? Tia Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
v1911
I'm not familiar with any issues loading lead with those dies. You will have to put a bit more flair at the case mouth to prevent any shaving during seating. I run the 147gr, so I can't comment on the diameter. ZackJones
No issues using the Lee 4-die set with the Bayou's. That gator snot is good stuff.
dee loo
I remembered .356 on the box, rechecked on calipers .356.
Mat Price
I load with a egw undersized die (cut down lee) Lee seat and Lee factory crimp die in a dillon 650. No issues what so ever. Watch your crimp. Don't use to much that is key.
jcc7x7
Use LEE FCD on my 9mm's and Bayou's with no problem As stated earlier you may want to bell the case a little more BUT not to much. Seems belling it to much causes more of the coating to come off. Not sure why. My dies are set the same for the bayou's or Montana Gold/HAP's
GTOGuy06
All I run is those bayous. Just give it a little more flare in the casing.
