Mike41
Will all of the 3 gun stages be in the pits or will they be scattered through out the property? Just curious about bringing the stroller or not. Thanks , Mike

JRicks
Cancel? Well, we shot the last pistol match at the Rock after it had snowed 5" the night before/morning of last month. Only real inconvenience was the overturned tractor trailer at the end of the on ramp to 65S. Bad weather might impact the number of paper targets we use, but would have to be pretty bad to cancel. Btw, we plan on having a SG stage with about 24 rds. If you need extra caddies I will bring a couple 6 rounders to share. ugh... Headworked
I agree on the current format.... Shoot 3gun two days I a row with some in the wind time... Has the club made any changes to improve drainage when it's wet and saturated? The videos I saw on y'tube show a lot of mud and mulch when ground is very wet.... Coming down anyways, just asking... cjfarmer
I'm guessing its nice and soggy down there like it is up here?
Lead-Head
It is soggy, and more rain on the way Thursday I think. We will consider mud something that just adds some novelty to each stage...probably a lot of novelty....we may be up to our ankles in novelty. DDustin
Last time I only brought one pair of boots and 2 pairs of socks for 2 days of rain. Hopefully I'll remeber that lesson this time. Nothing like dinner and breakfast in wet boots and socks.
Bryan 45
I've never been too cold, too hot, too muddy, or too wet to shoot multigun.
DDustin
Luckily it's afterwards when I realize how cold, muddy and wet I am. I always just tell myself that that's a problem for future to worry about, present me needs to shoot some stuff.
Lead-Head
Don't worry...we will have radiant heaters at each stage. They are called gun barrels.

cjfarmer
I was determined to shoot this match no matter 1' of snow or 1' of mud. I got all this new gear over the off season to try out!
ToysRUs
Did someone say 24 rds of shotgun???? Why such a short stage? LoL
BobS761
Funny how the value of brass is directly proportional with the temerature. Now I keep extras in the truck bag and range bag. I only needed to learn that lesson once. Id be worried that they'd get wet in my shooting pants.
