RN PlatedPowder: VihtaVuori N310 3.9 grs.Primer: Federal 150Case: Federal LOAL: 1.260Average Velocity: 700.34 fps ES: 59.60 SD: 23.49 Recoil Spring: Factory (16 lbs) no buffer pad
CaptJeff
That is where I was going to start with 3.9 gr. Thanks
RH45
I run 4.1 grains of 310 behind a 230 fmj, and they come out at about 750 fps. Yesterday, at the chrono station, for the Wisconsin sectional, a fellow shooter was running 3.7 behind a 230 moly, and he was good to go. Every barrel, and bullet chromos a little different, so you need to chrono your load in your gun.

PSSOH22
Like others mentioned all the stuff is subjective and you need to run them through your gun! I chrono'd some 230 rainier's which is a thick plated bullet yesterday. 85 degrees, 1.255 oal, win brass, 754 5 shot avg. out of a 5" 1911
