J-Rob
Can anyone identify this magwell on the M&P, and where I can purchase one?
Sarge
Don't know about that one but the best place to get your M&P stuff is from Ken at Speed Shooters Specialties. He is a forum dealer and has several mag wells listed.
Matt1911
I don't know who makes that one, but it looks rather small to be worth the money. You'd be better off with the esp or limited from SSS.

Fried Chicken Blowout
Let us know if you find it. Should be interesting, as it looks like it would accept a factory base plate. I've got 2 M&P9 pistols with the SSS ESP Magwell on them. They are good for size without getting out of control and are IDPA legal since they fit in the box. I went with that on my 3-Gun "Limited" build on the M&P9L so I could also shoot it in IDPA. But on my USPSA Limited build of an M&P40Pro, I did the full SSS Limited Magwell as that gun will never be shot without anything but the full length extended mags. The downside of the ESP magwell is that your standard baseplates will NOT work. You have to switch over to the SSS base plates which are NOT CHEAP. After I realized that, I went ahead and switched all of my base plates over, even the home defense loaded mags just incase I grabbed the "wrong" gun. I didn't want any issues trying to shove square peg into a round hold.
