GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY

I believe it is a Frank Zappa lyric. I am working on finding the song. But I know I first heard it on a Zappa album.

------------------

Found it

Album: Apostrophe

Song: Nanook Rubs It

Year: 1974

http://www.seeklyrics.com/lyrics/Frank-Zap...ok-Rubs-It.html

Gotta love Frank, always cut his own path.

Apostrophe is an incredible album if you can stop laughing at the lyrics long enough to listen to the awesome band playing on the album you will hear some amazing stuff (Jack Bruce on bass, Aynsley Dunbar on drums! Yeow).

Nanook-a, no no (no no . . . )

Don't be a naughty Eskimo-wo-oh

Save your money: don't go to the show

Oh yeah, Zappa at his best.

Regards,

And a couple of years ago "Great googly moogly" was all over TV as used in a Snickers commercial with the "hungry" ground keeper mispelling the teams name on the end-zone. Don't you love popular culture trivia?
