gregdavidl
I'd like to know what have you done to improve the trigger on this rifle.

canadianbacon
I had a rock river 2 stage in mine, didn't like a 2 stage trigger so took it out and sold it. My M&P actually came with a nice trigger, its just under 5 lbs, then again I've shot it a lot
rep70
Put in a JP has worked great.
CJW
Just curious---are you all talking about 15-22 trigger replacements? I didn't think the 15-22 took a standard AR trigger group...
michael1778
Just curious---are you all talking about 15-22 trigger replacements? I didn't think the 15-22 took a standard AR trigger group... Actually, I believe it can. Posters at Sniper's Hide and elsewhere have had success. I'm thinking of a CMC for mine, but haven't tried it yet. I'm too busy on the actual competition rifles for the moment.
mikeAZ
GEEZ..... try cutting the right side leg on the hammer spring..., cost is "0". not the $200 job but it sure HELPS!. Brownells/JP spring kit if you have to spend some money???? Works just fine on my S&W 15-22. Mild polish job on the hammer hook and sear hook helped..(IT"S on the net.)100% ignition so far, (400 rounds, Federal bulk and CCI Blazer). shooting for M
Has anyone put the JP yellow springs on a stock setup? Any issues? Are 22s harder to light than a small rifle primer??? Inquiring minds want to know.
ken hebert
JP full kit works great for me.
Jason Krywicki
I dropped a ALG ACT into my 15-22. It made a huge difference. The stock trigger is horrible, but now it is a very nice, smooth single stage trigger. It was worth the $60. There is a very tiny bit of creep, but that's it. I highly recommend it. wildkcars
10 dollars JP Yellow springs and 22$ box of ammo and then shoot till your finger hurts.

CJW
After reading this thread, I ordered the ALG ACT (thanks, Jason!). I won't mistake it for the Timney in my 3-Gun rifle, but for sixty bucks it is a huge improvement on the stock 15-22 trigger.
