RippSpeed
What do you guys think ??? I'm stuck in a cross roads... I got a deal with a buddy of mine, we're getting a discounted price because we're purchasing 2 pistols ( actually 3 ) at once... Perfect 10 chambered in 40sw for limited ... Too heavy or should work if I lighten the slide ... Edited November 10, 2011 by RippSpeed
LINC
I think they look cool, but 6" full dust cover has to be heavy.

IceDevil
You could always have the dust cover cut back to whatever length you like if you find it to be too heavy. I believe I was quoted something around $50 to do this by a reputable local smith.

DocMedic
I say play with it, and if you feel it needs to be lighten break out a dremel.. I mean your guns smith
twodownzero
I like heavy guns, but if I were to build a 6", I think I'd go short dustcover/bull barrel at the very heaviest.
Duke Nukem
I would get two barrels one .40 and one 10mm. The 3oz weight is only significant if you have buggy whip arms.
Aircooled6racer
Hello: I would shoot it first then you can decide. You can lighten the slide after that or get another top end built in 40 with a lightened slide Thanks, Eric
