KentG
There is a ruling coming out Monday from the ,, and I will be civil,, ATF on shotgun importation. Here is a link to the S12 forum and the original source for the info. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=62170
VegasSean
So the ATF issues a statement stating that they're going to start enforcing some existing ruling, don't release any more facts than that at this point, and we're going to start jumping to conclusions? Just because it involves shotguns doesn't mean it belongs in the "Shotgun - Technical" forum.

I will leave it to the mods if they want to let it stay. I personaly feel it may be pertinant. Hopefully its the bayonet lug issue but we will find out monday. This is certainly of a concern to the sport shooting comunity with the recent popularity of the saiga and the newly introduced AR looking 12g. I do believe this belongs in the "Firearms/Law" section of the forum.
outerlimits
too early to speculate, but if this is true, do you remember what uspsa's reaction was to the 10 round mag deal? outlaw matches won't care, but it'll be interesting to see what uspsa does. twodownzero
I'm not sure, boys, but it may be the case that the ATF has finally gone too far this time, and a good lawsuit puts an end to these shenanigans forever.
