earlbob
I thought I saw someone mention something on this subject but gave up looking for it and figured I would post my own question. What brand of brass do you prefer for reloading 38 super, or for that matter any cartridge? Do you think there's a major difference or are they all about the same? Brass is getting pretty pricey and who wants to buy something that may be a bit inferior? I always liked the nickel +P, R +P I think it is. But I just saw someone comment that nickel cracks faster then plain brass. I do not recall having any break on me however I never used to keep any records on reloading times. earl
G-ManBart
In standard Super I had good luck with both R-P and Win. If I was buying it now I'd just buy Starline. It's consistent, lasts a long time and is priced reasonably. R,
Hammar
Have used r-p, Winchester, and starline and have no problems with any of the three.

XD Niner
I've had great luck with the Remington Nickel +P. One aspect that seems a bit silly but I really like is that the nickel is much easier to find in the long grass we have on my home range for nine months of the year. TerryO
For 38SC I've been having good success with Armscor, that said, I can't find it anywhere now so I've bought a bunch of Starline. Terry

SkyScrapin
Starline. The brass is great for higher pressures. That being said, I shoot open .38SC. I'm sure Super +P is the same. Preston
