  1. I searched here didn't find any source. Am I likely to find "77" grain heads anywhere for a decent price???
  2. Waitin on mine......How are the mags coming?.... Any updates?
  3. So, any info on the 930 "Pat Flanigan", 12 shot's??? (I miss alot).
  4. I was curious too and found it at cheaper than dirt. I tried to share the link, but my post count is too low. I checked... thanks, good for the $$$$$ !!
  5. Another "unobtainum".... I hate this when we are all dangling for the "bait" tossed out to us..... I suppose Obahma get's the 1st. one????...
  6. Mculek comp for $29.00.... I want one ... show me were to buy... or are you?????... BS'in...
  7. Mossberg ever going to start shipping either the Jerry or Pat models ????... Any of the "in" people got one ???
  8. Thanks, that's what I was looking for.
  9. Can someone post the above info?... Don't know were my rule book is. I'm making a swinger and can't remember the standard height or max. height of the USPSA "man" target...or the 1x2 " stick height at the shoulder....Thanks...
  10. Ordered a case from SGAammo....good price. They will get me started....Thanks, Mike
  11. Thanks, the 1919 is at Jim's ....
  12. I see 2 different brands for sale..(fairly cheap)...I would imagine it to be not to be the most accurate. What's your experience? OR what slug seems to be accurate/functional in your auto shotgun? I'm not looking for 1600 fps, shoulder busters. Am I correct that the Remington low recoil is a winner?.... Also see "rifled slugs" for smooth bore guns??? My neighbor's cat knows more about shotgun slugs than I do...I want to buy something that will do the steel in. Yes, I know there is no magic bullet.
  13. looking at the Mossberg 930 series?"Pat Flanigan". What will inter-change besides barrels?.. etc. I prefer the pistol grip stock. Looking at the "speed loaders", only see the "500's" listed, are the receiver widths the same? (Can I use the "500 kit?) These look like a decent platform... Any issues known?...
  14. At this point in time , look's like Jim and Tromix are the two visible names working on the 1919.... Doesn't look like Tromix is working on the mags??? Since the stock 5 round unit works/locks up/drops, one would think the mag extention and clamp and new spring would be a simpler way to go rather than design a whole new mag ????... The mag extention needs a new spring...I've seen mention that maybe the "Sagia" 10 round spring may work with an extention, rather than something new ??... less engineering ? Jim's double 10 mag set-up will be the Cat's meow.... Looking into my crystal balls(??), I see a plastic extention slipping over the stock mag body's bottom lips marked "Made in the USA", maybe even with a seperate floor plate if more "922" parts are needed?. I can't imagine a whole plastic mag... probably wont fit the magwell?... WHO knows??
  15. Jim, that sounds reasonible... You certainly have a right to make a living and must have spent a lot of time developing your products....the fine workmanship and inovation shows. Obviously the guns are not much use without the Hi-Cap mags and other "needed" 922 parts. As a "Super Senior", I'm just not much good at waiting......sorry. (Had the Saiga's back when they were $189.00 @ CDNN). Are you planning on offering a "922" package to the public? I'm probably not the only one who doesn't require/want a complete custom gun?? I really don't have a problem with the Factory stock, other than it makes cleaning a task . Are you going to set up a waiting list if you offer a parts package?. I log into your website almost daily to see what's new..I used to live in Edgewood if that helps...Hint, hint.
  16. That's what I was asking.... stuff for the average shooter, I can't justify $1800 for a 1919 and one Hi-Cap mag...One mag is not enough
  17. So, after the "Shot Show", any idea when we will see some Hi-Cap mags for this gun that are for sale to Mr. Average shooter??? Of course, we will need the other parts for "922" BS.
  18. I'm new to shotgun competition ...I've read most all the information here about the 930's (including the JM & Pat F. models). I'll be in "open" class by choise so the "Pat", 13 shot model would seem to be the best for me. What I don't see answered in the 930 post's I've read is: #1. What brand speed loaders will work in the "930"/or/ are they all the same ? #2. Is/ will the current Arredondo "chute" fit the "930's"?. #3. I'm leaning towards a "Poly Choke", simply for the ease of choke changes and a little more compensation than with the "Pat" series ported gun.... Am I heading in the right direction?... I have a NIB Akdal 1919, but it looks like Hi Cap mags are a bit down the road and I'm getting "antsy" and older ("Super Senior")...Time too move on til "stuff" for the 1919 is more obtainable..Besides I must need another gun..
  19. I've only had early Saigas (22") barrel. I had to open the gas ports to .092, but I understand the later ones may be larger/or/ have 4 holes instead of the early guns 3 holes...... Another thing, remove one Saiga recoil spring, try a Colt 1911 spring (12/14#) in it's place. Yes, they take some work, polish the normal stuff, you won't have a fortune in it. Do the trigger conversion it's not that hard to do, (saiga.com). Tons of info
  20. I've got the three Factory 19 rd. mags plus 3 Megar (blue follower). My main shooting will be steel plates, maybe a little 10 rd. Production class. It looks like most of you replace the factory springs with the Wolfe +10 springs?, are these just the regular lenght that also are used in the 15/16 rd. stock mags? or do they have more coils? (a coil count would help).I'm curious, as it would seem that the Factory springs are not the best choise?. I will be loaded the mags to their max capaciity. I'll be shooting Montana Gold 124 CMP RN loaded to 1.111 OAL x 4.1 Grns Vit 340. Thanks, Mike
  21. Naw, I was just thing about a 3 gun set-up for a production gun.
  22. I wanted a retention type holster for my Shadow.... Went to the BlackHawk site and don't see anything for that CZ... Don't they like us?? I did a search here and it looks like some Glock/ S&W's MAY work? I don't want a cobbled up thingie....Advise please...
  23. do you have any round nose ammo... I'd agree your lips are too wide... let's the round chamber to fast. Can you get a flat tip or round nose bullet to try?? I've had good results by using a good set of neddle nose pliers... go slow and measure.. harbor freight calipers @ $15 are a good investment.
  24. Still want the mags? I didn't receive the $200 mo if you did send it/ Mike

  25. I've got a few CZ's .... just bought a KADET for the steel plate matchs ... I was't always going "bang" found out there was a firing pin change and that I had the early "round" firing pin .... e-mailed CZ (Mike),the gunsmith about purchasing the "new" pin..... Today I get a new pin/spring/stop and no bill??? Just another reason to like the guns and the customer service!!! Thanks "Mike", Mike
