  1. Another option if you don't mind doing a 2 pass loading. This moves the powder drop to you swaging station and leave one station free for powder check. https://immortobot.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=461
  2. Hogrider, I received an email from Labradar last night. Labradar w/ Bluetooth will be back in stock Late Oct./Nov. 2022 Join the notify me list to be emailed or texted when the Labradar is in stock.
  3. Thanks for the info everyone. I do like the idea of more manufacturers making new products to serve shooters, but in this case, it might be something that doesn't do anything for me.
  4. Can someone explain what these dies do that a regular set of steel dies would not do? For example, Redding 9mm steel dies are full length, and are SAMMI spec, and require lubing. Steel dies should give you best possible sizing due to how they're made (full size without a carbide ring). I'm trying to understand what these dies do that my Redding titanium carbide sizer does not do? I don't get the coke bottle effect using them and I don't have any issues with rounds not going into the case gauge. I'm using a rollsizer, so that would certainly help.
  5. any chance the drop tube is not fully seated? Look around 12 min in the video.
  6. I see a new firmware 1.3.3 Not sure what it fixes exactly. Anyone know what "advertising interval" is? https://mylabradar.com/download/ Release Notes 1.3.3 – Released May 31th 2022 Bug Fixes and improvements: Fixed Bluetooth connection problem caused by advertising interval.
  7. It will make it worthwhile buying a Dillonbot if Mark is able to create sensors/accessories for it. Glad to hear it is working well for you.
  8. spray lanolin/alcohol mix on the black oxide nuts/bolts/hex head screws. I'd avoid stainless steel screws. More chance of galling the threads with stainless steel.
  9. Jmazz, That is a nice stop switch. I need to get one like it. By the time you hear the strange sound of the decapper, it is too late to stop it and you've broken a pin. I had a situation where a pin broke, but I didn't realize it and had to sort through bunch of brass that was not decapped.
  10. Excited to see how Dillonbot works out. Congrats on getting yours.
  11. Sounds like another excuse to delay shipping on a product that is still not ready. Dillon losing more market share of the automated market from delays after delays imho.
  12. Thank you. He says he has one extra which I just purchased.
  13. Do you have a source where I could buy one?
  14. I don't see how a 3d printed case feeder will be, "clean looking" compared to a Dillon. You can get the case feeders from Scheels.com with free shipping.
  15. Buy spare parts kit. Comes with the stuff you'll end up using/needing anyways.
  16. Is that the only sensor available? It would be much better if Dillon would allow aftermarket sensor support like Ammobot. I'm not holding my breath Dillon's sensors will be as good as what is currently available for Ammobot users.
  17. TNT make very high quality shell plates/parts and really IS friendly.
  18. That is too bad. They probably got a bad batch and/or quality control issues. I would have sent it back for a a replacement unit. I'm sure they would have made it right. I've not had any issues with my commercial rollsizer (dies or unit)
  19. Any chance some of the 9mm brass was X-Treme? I have magnet on the drop tube to catch all brass plated steel cases 9mm cases.
  20. That looks like a nice setup. I wonder how much money you really save when you add the cost of the motor, bolts, paint, and time spent making it. Don't know about you, but I'm guessing making something like above is a 8-12 hours of work by the time you cut, weld, drill, paint, mount it. Might be a good option for some, but I don't see how potentially saving $200 to $300 dollars max for 8 -12 hours of work would be worth it to some people when you consider the end product may not be as durable and takes up more footprint than what is offered by Rollsizer. I'd rather spend my free time doing something else.
  21. The issue is with the case feed motor. Case feed motor on RL1100 would run for a few mins with about 2 large cups of .45 brass before shutting off. If I let it cool, it would start running again. I had the clutch adjusted so it would not slip. The fix for me was to do the Immortal arms case feed motor upgrade. On the commercial Rollsizer I have the CPU Pro (case feed upgrade Pro with waterfall prevention and auto reverse for jams) running 6K+ hour without any issues using the stock dillon case feed plate.
  22. I goober'd it to see what it looked like. I wish there was a video of it in operation.
