  1. 147 FN Blue Bullet w/ 3.3 gr of Tight Group with OAL 1.135
  2. I think Blue Bullets listened. Friend of mine just received and order today with a sticker on the box ..." Now cleaner to load, no more blue fingers" . Interested to see what they did.
  3. Here in MD it gets pretty Humid in the summer. If I'm going to skip more than 2 or 3 day's I unload the hopper, and place the powder back in it's container, and put some dryer sheets in the hopper. My press sits right in front of two basement windows, so if I do leave the powder for a day or two I do cover the hopper with a Pringles can to keep the direct sunlight off of it. I also run a dehumidifier 24/7 and was told by other re-loaders when I started as a rule of thumb...if I'm comfortable sitting in the room the powder is comfortable.

Agree totally, and since they added PCC now anyway ,they need to get off the primary carry-based...and let folks shoot what they want in ESP...but that's a whole other topic LOL

Yes, I beleive that is the way it's worded...heavy or coned barrel...but what's the difference between heavy and bull except wording?? Both just thicker barrels to add weight. The X5 seems to be an anomaly, but IDPA seems to make judgments on the fly.LOL

They all come with the Bull barrel and are too heavy. If your looking for a 2011 I believe the STI Marauder and Hawk is the only ESP legal gun.
  7. Yes, both of my grips do this on my SPO1 shadow, after about 5 min of dry fire no matter how much I torque the screw. I have some very small clear 3M double stick tape that is used on glass. I cut a couple of small pieces and installed under the grips and it has helped with the movement. If that does not work, next step I would have to try some loc tite. This happened with the original grips as well as my Lok's that I just put on.
  8. Shot Glocks for years and never had any issues with them and can shoot them pretty well. Just picked up a SPO1 Shadow Custom Target II and absolutely love it. Wish I would have switched over sooner.
  9. Thanks for the info, much appreciated!!! Think I will give a the .356 125's a try.
  10. Correct, a club Level 1 is not sanctioned. It must be a Sanctioned Tier 2 and above for a bump.
  11. Gotcha. Shot the 147 Flat's for a while and Blue doesn't have them in the .356. Guess I'll try a sample pack of the round nose in .356 and see what it likes best...thanks for info!
  12. Sounds good, I like them and hate change. Do you run the .355's or the .356 in your 9MM? Seems like most I talk to all say they prefer the .356 and was just wondering if it really makes much of a difference for our games. Just picked the gun up this past Sat and put 100 rounds thru it yesterday and seems like a tact driver, very pleased with it and can't wait to run it in a match.
  13. Yes, I know Glocks don't like reg lead bullets and that was not my inquiry. FYI, Blues are coated lead bullets and safe in Glocks and run great in my 34, have for the last two years. Since I'm switching to a CZ was wondering what people thought of Blues in their CZ's.
  14. Shoot both IDPA and USPA. Recently divorced ( not because of shooting Ha Ha) so I embraced my new Freedom and shoot a match just about every weekend. Pretty lucky in my area, have a pretty good selection of both IDPA and USPSA matches.
  15. Thanks for the input guys....much appreciated.
  16. Hey Guy's new to the forum and new to CZ's. So, I have been shooting Glock's and Blue Bullets for a while. My 34 seems to like them pretty good, but I just bought my first CZ SPO1 Custom Target II and was wondering what people like / think of Blue Bullets out of them. I'm kinda partial to them for a few reasons, they support the shooting sports, ship fast, and I'm part of their sponsor program so I also get the discount on each order. I shoot both USPSA Production and IDPA. I run the 147 Flat Nose with 3.3 Gr of T.G with OAL is 1.135 I was reading that some people say they are not that accurate out of CZ barrels...just wondering what people think and what they prefer to run in their CZ. Thanks for the input.
  17. Glock 34 Gen 4 147 FN Blue Bullet 3.3 gr of Tight Group 1.13 OAL Groups very well for me.
  18. I use a small black zip tie, cut it to half inch and bend it and stick it in the chamber to the tab to keeps the slide slightly out of battery. You can pull it out and keep reusing it.
