If the wording is right now its no longer illegal because you do not have to get to ESP through SSP any longer with the FLDC delete in the rules. Paul the Edge I just sold had a bull/heavy barrel and I am pretty sure its still on the Nogo side of things. If you have an Edge with a bushing barrel it would fly and possibly make weight.

It is external but it wasn't allowed because you had to get into ESP through SSP. Going straight to ESP without having to adhere to SSP would open that up would it not?

8.2.2.3.1 and 8.2.3.3.1 were the issues. I believe it also opens up running a SAO 97 in CDP since that one is gone also.

Steel FLDC appears to be missing in the new draft. The thing keeping accu's and targets out were SSP into ESP. It would appear without the FLDC issue you can go straight to ESP.

This is pretty true. I think I used my 550 a month or so before stepping up to a 650. I have been on my 650 a few months now and have that 1050 gleam in my eye. To your problem, Are you seating coated lead by chance?

If you want to tumble at your apartment go the SS pin wet route. Dry tumbling has too much bad juju dust to be done indoors.

I have been running into Fed small pistol match primers at Cabelas the last few weeks. Not a lot but enough to stroll through the isle when I'm there just to see. Something like 4/5 trips in the last 2 weeks I have left with Fed SP match primer bricks.

I started out with acme but was constantly fighting seating issues with scraping the coating and not fitting in the case gauge. I followed a lot of advice in a bunch of threads about a fix and the real way I fixed it was using a 38 super die as my seater. Anyway the real issue was the Acme bullet size and lack of similar tolerances. Some bags were good to go. Some were oversized which is a coating thickness issue I would think. I I posted all that because I like the Acme bullets but I've switched to Extreme just because it's one less headache to deal with. If you can get played for about the same cost then go for it.

I have stumbled onto several thousand FGMM SPP's at cabelas lately. Not a lot but the last 4 times going I have come up with 7000 of them. I normally run CCI and they are everywhere but I prefer fed. When I order online I order no less than 10k to make the hazmat work out.

LOL tough to say. I went to the match out in Cresson today to run my Revo and by stage 8 I couldn't hardly get the cylinder to close from all the little giblets floating around which I assume was unburnt or burnt powder sandlike gremlin crap.

My SWC's came in this morning from extreme and I had a chance to throw 100 of them together with this weight and try it. Pretty accurate and pretty mild recoil with easy follow up shots. I didn't have my Chrono out today though but I will try to get them Chrono'ed to see how slow they are going.

I thought MWP was referring to the pin that the hammer is mounted on. I had the FP in my cart already.

Smitty my CZ has the extended firing pin. It's a CCI problem. Pretty common

Seems like a random question but I don't know that much about the advantage of it other than its already bobbed. I would be putting it in a 686 SSR. Is it worth the $140ish price of admission?

My CZ will set off CCI 99% of the time with a 13# spring. With the 11# spring it drops to about 80-85% of it working. With the 11# spring the FGMM primers so far have been 100%.

I figured someone had some secret sauce going on. I have tons of books. Either way I was hoping not to go buy more powder since I have a ton of those for pistol. I may have to break down and expand out.

Adding PCC does seem like a waste. Maybe they did that to get people's thoughts off the 1=1

I like shooting with the better shooters because I am fairly new at it and could use all the help I can get.

I have all the stuff ordered to start my run at Revo for IDPA. I figured I could push a 158SWC pretty slow. I have Autocomp and HS-6 on hand. Any suggestions on where to start with either of those?
