They are at Shot now so orders this week most likely will get fulfilled next week.

I have used drilled and tapped with a button for years and am finding now as my grip strength has improved that I have been hitting the button and dropping the mag on the clock occasionally. The buttons are coming off as I recall in the past I never had an issue that way.

Have yet again a nice size order of 124g jhp coming this week. All I use and love them.

I like a 2 pound trigger although one of my limited guns is 1.5. Proper adjustment is huge

Yesterday I ran some live fire drills to push my limits and also see what the gun can do. It was eye opening and very beneficial. These guns are flat out amazing when ran hard. Thanks to all who contributed. Your advice is helping.

Yep, buy in bulk and save big time. I went in with a local 100k purchase a while back and that was VERY NICE

You need to include this right up front.
You will be able to run that bullet out to around 1.150” without any issues if you’d like to.
124 JHPs from PD are some of the most accurate bullets out there, and you really can’t go wrong with them if your guns feed them 100%. I personally heavily prefer a 124 in a Tanfoglio, too. They’re cheaper than 147s and the gun doesn’t feel as soft and sluggish.
Ben Stoeger wins a lot of matches each year with off-the-shelf factory 124gr ammo.
Thanks! That is what I was hoping to hear. That bullet has won me over so much so that I shoot it even in my simple Glock range guns. My minor load of 3.5g N320 at 1.125 runs in everything!

Do most prefer a 147g bullet? I’ve always liked the feel of a 124g the best.

Thank you. I have read in several places about reliability issues with some ammo. My experience with the 124g JHP PD has been a complete reversal of yours. They have run very well in my MPX, X5, 9mm major open guns, Glock 34, JP GMR15, Marauder, etc. If they don’t work I’ll order up some RN from Precison Delta and try those.
Patriot did ream the barrel so maybe that will help.
I will follow your advice and report back.

New Tanfoglio owner here...
I’ll be shooting a Stock 1 to play I n Carry Optics with a DPP on it. The slide was milled by Patriot Defense along with all of their custom tuning parts and work done. Gun, optic, and extended magazine weighs in at 44.5oz on the nose.
I will be using 124g JHP Precision Delta bullets, N320, CCI #500 and mixed range brass. What is a good starting point for that combo along with a good OAL and any recommendations for a recoil spring to start with when considering the DPP on the slide?
I shot my buddies CZ SP-01 today with same set up today and it was amazing.

Same here

I also put a very small amount on the actual metal grip trigger guard portion of my gun that makes contact. Super slick now. I do think it will wear in over time as well.

Thank you

DP takes care of you even if you aren’t the original owner. I am liking mine on my open gun and will have second one shortly on a Carry optics gun. Very easy to use. A little smaller window than the RTS2.

Yes I did. Just a small amount of Alpha Sauce and it’s way better now and has stayed that way for at least 100 draws
-
Awesome! Now I just hope they ship it out in a reasonable one frame for you.
-
They charged me but that’s fine. It was an idiot move that broke it.

Is a single action only trigger on a CZ still illlegal?
-
Thanks. Loading ammo now for a long outdoor session on Monday.
Steve Anderson is coming here in July for a two day ten person class and I’m planning on going. I’ve heard good things about him.

I’ve owned a few Gans guns and they are the ones I always wish I had kept. Amazing workmanship and they truly do flat out run! Gary knows his stuff.

Weight is in the mount which we don’t need. It’s plenty light in skinny form
