I pay for my own guns and have shot all types of 2011 platforms and brands. When I shot my first Limcat that was Hbar immediately I could feel a difference. A noticeable difference! That’s all I will shoot from now on for limited and open. To each his own but the feel of a heavy tungsten sleeved gun is amazing.

I carry a new firing pin, all springs, Dawson screw kit, extra fiber rods, batteries, tools etc.

Yes. I’d call again. They are a small outfit and don’t always call back right away. Great people though and AJ will take great care of you. Or Julian or Christian, etc.

curious to see how these hold up... i've killed one on a pcc already. it has to take a lot more of a beating on an open gun...
You are destroyer of all things

I received the Limcat mount yesterday. It’s the lowest one and really is nice.

I tried a new gen2 in my .40 edge and it wouldn’t run to save my life. All my Gen1 Sti and MBX have worked very well.

The batteries that come with any optic go right in the trash. Simple fix. Install a new one and you should be golden.

I was chasing this same thing until I got some 155. Wish I would have done that sooner

Yes, you will need to send it back.

I agree 100%. It’s a great product and my 9mm major guns run 100% with it.

Yes. I buy once fired, mixed headstamp brass that has been fully processed. It is resized, deprimed, swaged, push through sized, cleaned in SS media and lightly waxed. 6000 cost me $200. That's enough to get me through one season, because I retrieve my practice brass. At matches I shoot it and leave it. The price recently went up the $250/6000, but it is still worth it to me not to have to do anything to it but reload.
AmmoBrass?

I do not apply anything during a match. Using Extant Labs Alpha Sauce my gun looks like I just lubed it even after 700 rounds. This stuff has micro ball bearings in it for long lasting smoothness and stays put even well after 1k rounds.

This optic is a keeper!

Holosun 510c is awesome. Take the cover off and it is much smaller. Use the 2.5 moa dot if the 65 moa is too much. Amazing field of view too.

I have an 8MOA Cmore and like it but prefer the quality and brightness of my 2.5MOA DPP.

Congrats on the little one and the new piece. Let's catch up soon.

I had this once on a gun and it needed a new sear to be fitted to the trigger after swapping triggers. Are all the parts original or have you changed something?

I have landed on the Pt Evo after trying Pt classic, SV Signature, Cheely, etc. For ME with my larger hands the Evo is a perfect fit. Go with what fits you best and if you can handle a few before buying it will certainly save some heartache and cash.

The quality of these is incredible!

I really like my MBX mags and they have all worked 100% of the time. The STI mags I had (gen and gen2) ran ok too.

I don't have to watch the video to know that you should choose the DW between those two.
This!

Limcat makes a nice one too. I have tried, Double Tap, PT, and Limcat and the Limcat and PT are my fav.

@AverageJoeShooting Have fun and do what you want! I am shooting Open and belong there about as much a snowman in the Sahara but it is an absolute blast and is forcing me to get better. Good Luck!
Thumb rest on open guns, experiences....

Sounds like you are making a home made version of the Nitro Fin and obviously thought this up well before that product came out. Any pictures? I’m intrigued.
