  1. When you get there tell the guy that seems to be running things that it's your first match. At my club they generally ask if it's anyone's first time shooting USPSA. If yes, they will pair them up with a mentor. You'll do great, just worry about safety for your first few matches. Especially the 180.

Thanks for the pictures. I realize a grip plug probably works fine, but I'm like you. If I can legally do it, I will just because John Amidon said I can lol.
  3. Can the pocket pro's volume be adjusted lower than the CED7000? Even on the low setting the CED7000 is still kinda loud.
  4. I'd be willing to pay $15-20 more for that perk at level 2 and 3 matches.

That sounds like good news. If distributors like RSR, Accusport, lipseys...etc are receiving guns, the 2000 should be met soon after.

I was under the impression that Shooter's Connection was a CZC dealer and that's how they got theirs? Not sure about oak hill guns tho.
  7. My hose sometimes kinks up when I use it, but it's better than having spent primers all over the place.
  8. Do you feel like there is any difference with the lighter bullets? Maybe more muzzle flip? I currently shoot bayou fp147s, but I have an opportunity to get plated RN 115s for 5 cents/bullet. Not sure if it's worth the savings.

Is CZC still the only distributor?
  10. I've been using an 11lb ISMI recoil spring for the last 7000rds in my production gun shooting 147s at ~130pf.
  11. It was a strange decision for them to use a 1.75 clip, since most belts are 1.5. I'd also look at the Redhill tactical holsters, although they probably have a lead time.
  12. To avoid that I wear my DAA inner belt(I prefer that to traditional loop belts as my weight fluctuates greatly), where the belt overlaps on itself is where I place the clip. The increased width of the belt prevents flopping and movement. That is the flaw with the Klipt and I'm not sure how you'd avoid it with a traditional belt 1.5inch belt?
  13. Small head guy reporting in, I use the supreme pro x MSA sordins with the gel cups. I shot all 12 stages at area 6 in one day, without any headache. Some people claim they don't offer adequate noise reduction, but I've not found this to be the case shooting outdoors.
  14. I began shooting the 34 in early 2015 when I started uspsa. With a good trigger, sights and some stippling it can be a competitive production gun.
  15. I appendix carry my g43 in a blade tech klipt. It was $25 and works great for the price.

There is very little discussion about this obscure production legal modification and I've been unable to find any references to it in the last 3 years. I'm not sure if the lack of discussion is due to many production shooters moving away from polymer striker fired guns towards the metal DA/SA guns at the time(2013), or if the modification offered no real advantages over a grip plug? For those of you who have used this modification: Was it worthwhile? How much weight did it add to the gun? Thanks.
