Clamped gas blocks seem to leak less than the set screw type. I've ran 5 or 6 adjustable blocks on different barrels with half clamp on and the other half set screw, and clamp seem to show less carbon on the block and barrel. I'm curious if the Superlative Arms Bleed Off Adjustable Gas Blocks work well?

These SP basepads are okay with 3GN rules. I used the same set up in factory at 3GN nationals last year. In fact they are a tad shorter than leaving the original floor plate on them

I had my STI bounce out of my NERD at Ft. Benning last year jumping up over the wall. Lucky for me it was empty, just had to run back and grab it - gave the slide some scars.

BGSL and Rockcastle have USPSA and 3GUN if your into that Plus living in KY puts you in the center of shooting country IMO. Head up to 8 hours in any direction and you can shoot a Major match every weekend.

Looks fun, but no division's, limited to only 50 shooters, and the only personally owned gun that can be used is a handgun. Pretty much a single/mega stage match..Still waiting on the event coordinator to reply to my inquiry if the shooter can pick the day he/she shoots. Also no round count and since wpns are staged, not sure about equipment to bring, shell caddies, mag holders. etc. Probably worth the time/cost to attend if you lived in Florida. Hope they can figure out how to get a timer go up 30mins or whatever..could you imagine having to do a reshoot and going through all the obstacles again.
