  1. It's for 3 gun so it doesn't matter as much but I think I am good. Consequently my stock DOH from blade tech wasn't even close to making the 2" without shims to reangle the gun.
  2. I made a new hanger over the weekend for my TS Blade Tech. I wanted something that worked like a BOSS or Ghost but that mounted on a TMMS so I could remove it easily for 3 Gun stages when it wasn't needed. As I said before, the mag pouches are Safariland 773 for Glock that have been narrowed a little bit and have had the stock "wheels" replaced with some larger Lego ones that fit the TS mags properly.
  3. Or you can design stages that offer more options on how to shoot it other than which gun you are going to use.
  4. It has made it pointless to have a 22 conversion kit.
  5. My last 2 Blackberries, last 3 tablets, and last 4 phones all use micro USB. No shortage of common chargers here. More recently I have been using wireless charging that is built into my two primary phones and tablet. Apple makes money off of all those proprietary chargers and adaptors so they don't seem to mind doing their own thing.
  6. Thank you. Looking forward to next month with great anticipation. I guess I should have asked previously but I will run along assuming generously sized magwells are good to go for TO unless you post otherwise.

    CZ's are Taking Over

That's pretty amazing. Very fast rise in percentage.
  8. Just update the firmware when you get it. Out of the box it was a bit screwy but the firmware updates have resolved and issues.
  9. If an RO is trying to have a conversation with me on the clock I deserve a reshoot or a DQ.
  10. Most seem to like the fixed rear. The front is just a straight black blade and most prefer a FO.
  11. Some people's common sense better than others. It certainly differs. That is why you decide ahead of time on how things should be handled so ROs aren't reacting to unanticipated events and making up the responses ad they go along. Many who are responding to this thread have the MD hat on whereas I am taking the view of a competitor who would like to be protected from inequity caused by overzealous rules interpretation or whatever you call the opposite of that. I just want consistency, fairness, and firmly established expectations.
  12. Full choke or 6 shot game loads? I think there is only one clay bird in the entire match.
  13. Looks like three stages plus one clay is all you will need for shotgun shooting at FNH. Glad I just bought a new one.
  14. One of mine is so tight that I cannot get it off without without removing the rear safety so I can hammer down from the top. It isn't going anywhere.
  15. Here is the rule for that scenario 9.5.5 Enlarged holes in paper targets which exceed the competitors bullet diameter will not count for score or penalty unless there is visible evidence within the remnants of the hole (e.g. a grease mark or a crown etc.), to eliminate a presumption that the hole was caused by a ricochet or splatter.
  16. Thanks for the encouragement. I have only met Larry in passing but he seemed nice enough and very competent. Now I just need to know if I have the charging handle installed on my non Open pistol before or after the match.
  17. So, DQ as soon as hear pro is dislodged if a shot is fired? All or none, right?
  18. Most of the pro series guys run pistol on paper inside 25 as long as you don't already have a rifle in your hands for long shots. Those slow/boring half size targets force you into the rifle at closer ranges. Thanks!
  19. or put one clay on Stage 1 in the middle of a steel array. I most cases I would prefer mandatory so I know everyone is on equal footing versus optional. It seems like this stuff is done in 3 gun matches to give the allusion of stage options versus just designing stages that are interesting to shoot without trying to mind rape the participant.
  20. We had some of those at about that distance at a match not too long ago. Most people weren't able to get them to fall with shotgun. People without adjustable chokes and thier home defense 870 or similar had no hope. Of course, most had significant difficulty hitting them with the pistol as well.
  21. DQed under which rule? Ear and eye protection being mandatory for all competitors and spectators. Actually at most ranges you'd be not only DQ'd but subject to ejection from the property. Pretty sure that isn't in the section of whatever rules that you use where it says "these things can get you DQed"
  22. Since we are on the topic, rifle for all paper targets whenever practical? unless shooting in some tight ports it seems like rifle would always be easier on paper.
