I dont know why my guns needs so much powder! i use 8.2grs I hear about people only using 7 or 7.5 but mine need a full case full of it. i would love to have it run at 179 with only 7 grains. how long are you loading with the 7 grains? I really like the higher PF loads for some reason. I cant quite put my finger on it though

yea you are probally way to spoiled to shoot with us. lol kidding of course. I would love to live that close to Rio. Come on out some night, its pretty laid back usually a real good group of guys.

Yea I like Rio a lot but its quite the drive from here. I did shoot spring steel there though. I shoot with the cactus group on thursday nights at ben avery. Can't shoot Rio because i dont get off shcool till 2:30 then ill have to drive there and be too frustrated/ tired to shoot decently. Do you ever shoot out at cactus?

yea that could do it. iYsure as hell hope that there is not a nick in a like new barrel. Ill check it out and shoot some of it form some one elses gun. Thanks guys You shoot steel out at Rio on tuesdays I guess then?

Az38super, the barreel is almost brand new. Its and STI TruBor with the S1 comp on it. i have maybe put 5000 throught it...so i hope that is not the problem. Ill have to shoot some of it out of my buddies gun and see if that what it is. The crimp is very light BTW.

that exactally what it looks like. Yea i am switching to Zero bullets for all my Major stuff. I just had some left over and needed to use them. They were the 125gr. Rainers too so they were going really fast. thanks

Recently at the Dust Deliv Classic I was experencing some odd looking bullet holes. There was a sprial pattern on the target right around the bullets hole. It almost looks like the plating is burnt off and the bullet is melting on its was to the target. It happened on all the targets up to about 5 feet away. Btw this is w/ 9mm major PF. About 179PF with Pwer Pistol pweder. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I don't think there is a problem but i just thought it was odd. Or maybe there is???

I had the rifle primers in there too. It was loaded out to 1.170. I wonder what the PF is, I think im going to check it sometime and ill post the results.

I have some loaded @ 8.2 gr. Not bad primers, a little bit of flow. Havn't chronoed them but they should be really high by the numbers you put up. I have the trubor with the S-1 comp and no holes. It's a 5 inch too.

+1 At night with that major PF all you can see is a yellow wall of flame from the comp. Pretty cool to look at but not much fun to shoot it like that.

I watched that last night too. That was really bad.

Shot this one today. D open 3.76 with 40 points. I missed the second to last poper on the left and had to make it up. Would have been low-mid 3's w/o that miss. Looks like it came in at 55% or something. The draw killed me as i am not used to the new dot. Shot it right to left by the way.

I started when i was 15. I have been shooting USPSA for about 6 months now at the club level. Super slow at first but i have gotten better. I usually finish in the top 10 now. I am planning on hitting some bigger matches this season though.

I like a little cool weather once in a while. It is 110 here in the summer and the 2 month long winter is a nice break from that, but no it has to be warm in the winter this year too.

I hate the fact that it is going to be 80 for a high here today. It is Christmas Eve, it should be about 60-65. I hate this weather.

I actually just got done watching this show. I don't think I will be doing that again. I think I am actually more stupid now then I was before the show started.

I shot a strobe stage once. It was a Holloween thing. It was more difficult to set the swingers up after the shoot then it was to hit the targets. It was accually pretty cool thought.

That was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. My only complaint was not with the movie...but the children at it. There was about 15 13 year-olds there yelling and jumping over the seats for the 1st 1/2 of the flick, but it was a very good movie.

Yea I have noticed this as well. I am only 16 but I have learned respect form my parents. If an elder would have told me to stop what i was doing there would be no second thought in my mind and i would stop in my tracks. I would probally not have done what that kid was doing in the first place anyway. Most people ,that are my age, that I know have very little or no respect for their elsders either...I guess people now just dont pass that down to their offspring. It is accually really sad. I don't use "yes sir" and "no sir" as often as I should but reading this will probally change that. I don't like the reputaion my generation has with the older generations.
