  1. Everything else seems to be fine. I just didn't know if this was an issue or not. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  2. What do you mean by "slop" between slide and frame? Looseness in fitting?Yes. You can rock it back and forth. More than on my STi. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  3. It's a limcat Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  4. I should also note that the half cock position is much shorter than I've seen before. It's very close to the firing pin. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  5. On my STi guns when you drop the hammer to half cock and pull the trigger the hammer doesn't fall. On my new custom 2011 if the hammer is half cock and you pull the trigger it the hammer falls. I thought I read this half cock trigger pull was a safety check and shouldn't fall but I can't remember for sure. Does it matter that the hammer drops from half cock on the new gun? 6. I'm surprised how much slop there is between slide and frame though. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  7. Here it is. Trigger pull is a ridiculous 1lb 9oz. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  8. well, dang it, I bought the damn thing. It's a 5.5" tracker One thing I found out is that you can send it back to limcat for a free recoating once a year. That's cool.
  9. 2016 and they don't have a website? Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  10. Are the CK's considered custom? Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  11. Cheely told me he was way backed up and wasn't taking any new orders right now. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  12. custom 1911 accuracy out of a polymer gun! wow.....
  13. That looks really nice. I hope it doesn't have a ported barrel. You'd be stuck in OPEN until you found a non-ported barrel....
  14. $400 for a stipple job?! Are you kidding? That Agency outfit really gouges the price just so you can be called an "agent"
  15. What grit did you use toothandnail?
  16. It's It's not hard. Just take a little time and do a good masking job (I used blue painter tape). I used the 46/70 grit and it's a pretty nice grit. I would like to see what something a step courser feels like.... I did it on my glock. Haven't done it to my STI yet.....
  17. Another vote for Safariland ALS. Locks it in tight. Fast draws. And a soft lining to keep STi looking good!
  18. Yeah I don't know why Dawson out such a small set screw in his sight. Mine went through the slide and you can see where it was rubbing the barrel as it cycled. I ended up taking the sight off filling the hole with jb weld and put a small dimple in the jb weld for the small set screw. Worked like a charm. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  19. Nice. I kinda thought for $4500 you would get a metal grip. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  20. I've only heard the name a few times but never seen one. I thought were like a rock island armory or SPS Pantera type quality. Lol Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  21. Are these considered full custom pistols? What makes these $4000 guns? I've heard the name Limcat but have never seen one. I think KC Eubosio shoots them, correct? http://www.speedshooter.com/product_detail.cfm?id=LMWTLP&n=Limcat-Wildcat-Tracker-2011-Limited-Pistol
  22. I use #1 @20 reps and then squeeze and hold for 20 seconds. But I try to increase to rep by 1 each session. When I get to 30 I will go to a #1.5 (or whatever the next is) and drop the reps back to 5 and build again. Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  23. Thanks! In order to increase strength wouldn't you need to increase the number of reps or the amount of resistance each workout? Just like you would for bench press, etc. Otherwise it seems like you would just maintain a level of strength. I know you mentioned you are maintaining in your post... 24. Cha-lee, would you mind posting your grip strength exercise routine. Or what it was before your injury. I am curious to see how others do this. If you've already done this, I apologize. If that is the case could you tell me what page it's on. Thanks! Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk
  25. The DVC I owned ran 1.135" glock loads perfectly. No issues whatsoever. I wouldn't bother loading to 1.18" unless you run into feeding issues. That way your loads will work in your STi and your glocks. Break in? WHat's that? lol I never did anything special. I ran my 172PF reloads in mine from the very beginning. I would be interested to hear how others "broke in" their pistols. I might be doing it wrong. I just don't know. lol
