I've never loaded specifically for a 38 chamber, just used my regular 9 load: 115RN @ 1.170".

Are you loading for a Czechmate or a Gold Team? You can expect 10% less velocity with the Gold Team.

WAC is just about the fastest powder I'd feel comfortable loading to major in a 9mm and I'm not sure you can get enough in the case to make it with a 115gr bullet in the Gold Team; I suspect it will take ~8gr under a 124gr bullet to get you there. I would also suggest trying a 135gr bullet, it would be a little unusual, but so is a 9mm Open gun with 12 holes in the barrel; a heavier bullet would allow you to use a slower burning powder which should be a little softer (maybe ~7.5gr of HS6 under a 135).

Edited: I forgot you're in Europe, you need to fit in the IPSC box right? I'm not sure what distribution looks like there, but CZ75 pads could give you more options.

Here's a recent update on the lil' Czechmate: I switched the slide to a 75SA to get a tighter fit at the cone comp (the SP01 slide had a little play), welded a bridge over the last port and cut open the sides like a Trubor (I still want to open up the sides more).

No, the CZ dovetail is ~0.3mm bigger, so it has to be filed to fit.

There are two Benny Hill "Hell Holes" in the barrel which I believe are 3/16", the barrel is 4.9" so it's sort of a mid length bull barrel gun. I bought the comp used with the slot already cut in the top; from all the pictures I've seen of these comps, some have holes in the comp, some have slots, but they all seem to incorporate at least some barrel ports. This one looks like it has seven holes in the barrel plus the slot in the comp:
