My gun smith has designed his own comp and he talks a lot about the timing of the comp and how it can extend the duration of lockup. When simulating a comp design is the X axis or the pull forward on the barrel what drives the timing of the comp.

Where did you buy this mag and is the weight correct?

After heating and bending did you get any miss-coloring or effects to the finish?

I am starting to work up loads for 9mm major for the first time using HS-6, MG 115/124 JHP and win SRP. I have a kkm 5" barrel without poppel holes. I am a little concerned about primer flattening. Here are some attached pictures take a look and let me know what you think. Length 1.165 or 1.170 I am using Lee u-die and Lee FCD. 124gr 115gr

What comp do you have on it?

Works great. That's how mine was setup.Can you just remove the sight rail on the tac sol? Also how does the weight compare between the open guns vs the 22 conversions?

Anyone use horizontal mount cmores with Tac-Sol 2211

I recently bought my first open gun which is a 38 super with 4 port hybrid barrel and large unknown comp. I am considering converting it to 9mm major. Here are some barrel/comp options I am considering. 1. Schuemann hyrid no ports with Ti comp. Maybe Bedell 7 port or Cheely 4 port. 2. STI Trubor T2 3. STI Trubor with Thundercomp SX from Brazos 4. Bull barrel with Ti comp. My slide is a Caspian with accu rails and is basically stock with hybrid cutout. I would like to add more slide cuts to reduce slide weight. Is there any downside to not using another hybrid barrel with this slide?

Are you using the cmore dot module?

Matt, do you know if this will result in optic sitting lower on gun when mounted.
