  1. A number of countries banned shooting at humanoid shaped targets and so IPSC developed the turtle shaped or "Classic" target in response and they made it the only target that can be used in IPSC matches. I have no idea why they decided to call it a Classic but then again I dont understand most Europeans either. Brian
  2. I just took a CRO course and you must now refer to the targets as Metric or Classic in the WSB depending on what type is used in the stage. Brian
  3. They are still required to pay USPSA if they shoot the classifier. Brian
  4. Well if you mound them up a bit you can get 3 - 4 hundred 9mm on the tray. Brian
  5. LFP Lead Flat Point and CMJ Complete Metal Jacket Brian
  6. Rob the problem with most mid size or larger tablets is the battery life. The NST's can run for a couple of days for a big match if need be on one charge, I am talking 10 - 12 hours a day of continuous use. I have not seen any of the bigger tablets go even one 12 hour day without needing a charge. Brian
  7. Bill that is the spot it is just very hard to hit on those small screens. I was able to do it on both my NST and my 8 gig tablet. Brian
  8. I have found that those type of jams are usually caused by too much brass in the feeder. Brian
  9. I would say that whomever wrote the web page screwed up and forgot to put it in. I also think I preferred the old setup to the new one. Brian
  10. The only time that I had that problem is when I forgot to set the scoring type to Virginia Count when I made the stages in Practiscore. Luckily I caught it before getting to far along. Brian
  11. You guys have light weight safes. Mine is a 40 inch wide Fort Knox that weighs 1500 pounds empty. It took four of us (the two guys from the safe movers a friend of mine and myself) to get it down the stairs and into my basement. If the bad guy is big enough to pick it up and carry it out he can have it. Brian
  12. If your rooted nooks have the program 'ES Explorer' installed (some of the rooting systems install it automatically), then you do nor need anything else. Brian
  13. Looks like they need a little skateboard tape on that thing. Brian
  14. Because of the way that EZWin imports the stages from the nook it does not see the classifier stage as a classifier. You have to reset it as a classifier in EZWin before you import the scores. Brian
  15. There are two versions. The difference is that the 650 "only" version is an inch shorter than the 550/650 version. Brian
  16. The Wayne County Raccoon Hunters has both USPSA and IDPA clubs and are located on Wick road in Romulus. I know that isn't too far from Canton (I live in Westland). The website for the USPSA club in http://www.ipsc66.org. Brian
  17. The force of the firing pin gets taken up by the act of seating the primer deeper so it does not strike deep enough into the primer to set it off. Brian
  18. Those jams are usually caused by too much shaking of the feeder during operation. If you watch the feeder while operating the press you will see that the feeder moves forward and backward while you load. If the feeder moves the wrong way at a certain point the case being dropped will bounce inside the drop section and turn sideways to cause that blockage. Brian
  19. Herky he says nice things about them al the time just not to them. Brian
  20. It should be a #I Powder Funnel - # 13305. Hope this helps. Brian
  21. Normally most people only clean the primer pockets on long range rifle brass not on pistol. On pistol brass it is entirely unneeded. That being said either press will make very good ammo for you at a decent rate. Brian
  22. That is the normal way for that to work. Brian
  23. Yes, that is where most of their product goes. If they were only making it for reloaders they would be out of business in a very short time. Brian
  24. It is located down in the "Classifieds" section. And welcome to the forum. Brian
  25. Yes it looks the same. It is just takes a little while to get the knack for lining it up manually I guess. I don't even use the plastic piece on their tubes anymore. Brian
