    Area-7

With 12 shooters in the revolver division, likely to one of the bigger revolver matches in A-7 history. Looking forward to it myself, supposed to be pretty country in upstate NY................we'll see, hard to beat the Tennessee country side. Hop
  13. Gary Stevens is the range master, we talked yesterday for a little while. We may be going to a one day only match, with ROs shooting in the squads (less cost of match administration that way) (and more to donate to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital) Depending on the number of entries recieved between now and the 1st of September. Until then we're going on the scheduled events. May have a side match, working on the details of that. Hop
  14. Stew, Prayers sent up. To help your outlook. My sister was in a wreck, had brain injury. Stayed in a non medical induced coma for 23 days. 8 years later, unless you knew her before the wreck you wouldn't know she was in one. God has a job for your neice still. HOP
  15. Early Bird drawing winner.................................................................................... ........................... Wade Umphress !!! Congrats Wade, who was truely the early bird this time as he was the first entry to me. Just goes to show, get your entries in early. Hop

  17. LeRoy, Glad to hear from you, how's things up there ? I actually have a Polish plate rack on order, to be used in the MS 3-gun and the Memphis Charity Challenge !!! No TX star (This year) gotta save something for later. Hope some of you "Westerners" can make it over. Looking to make A-1 again next year if things line up, had a great time with you guys. Hop
  18. yeah, Corey was handicapped with his 8 round smooth shooting 40 cal singlestack. NOT !!! Here is a new suggestion. let's all go to a same match with a different gun each match and see who ends up on top of the pile then ???? Starting with the Dickson TN monthly match. We'll all shoot REVOLVER there. Then we'll do a match somewhere in KY shooting L-10 Then we'll do a match somewhere in TN shooting Prod. Then we'll do a match somewhere in KY shooting SSTK Then we'll do a match somewhere in TN shooting LTD And finally we'll do a match somewhere in KY shooting OPEN Kind of a traveling "King of the Hill" match ????? any takers ???? Back on topic, the stages were pretty much uspsa legal stages round count wise which takes us back to the 8 rounds major or 10 rounds minor debate. One that has been answered pretty much at the SSTK nationals with 8 rounds MAJOR being KING !!!! Unfortunately we had to shoot and scoot at Oak Ridge, I would have liked to go back through it with a SSTK and compare results Hop
  19. As of now, the majority of the shooters signed up are from Georgia !!! For those of you NOT from Bullpup country, you'd better man up and send in your entries. Sure do not like it when the bullpuppies win in football...........I KNOW I WON'T LIKE IT IF ANYTHING GOES TO GA from the match !!!! Hop
  20. Just in case anyone is wondering about the rules for the match............. Here you go: http://www.fb3g.com/3GRules.pdf Hop
  21. Bill, Yes, I do have a dog house for you to use. It will be a long drive to nashville every morning though !! Hope to have hotel information by Aug 1. Hop
  22. Take a look again. (Listed as Memphis Charity Challenge) It is/will be a level II, just need to get NROI to approve the stages (have been submitted to those who need them). 10 stages, 218 minimum shots. (Please bring more, I have one all steel stage) Hop
  23. Stages look good. It sure would be fun to come up there and wail on you Kentucky boys, but I have to be at the TN sectional the same weekend (Lucky for you guys) Have fun with it. Hop
