I know what your saying My daughter shoots a lot she's 10 and sometimes there's one other JR. who's maybe 15 or 17.Of course most of the time not always she is at the very bottom of the score sheet.So the sub Jr.always get a 'looking good but last every week'. It's still fun though

I don't reload hp bullets but to me this load seems to light to work the slide on a g17 with a factory recoil spring. I vote Not shooter friendly

Thanks for the information.I took a look at the two side by side and the safteies looked the same. The 5.56 had a 2stage tigger and that made the comparason a little harder to be sure

I was wonder if a Ambi saftey advertized for a ar 223[mil spec] would fit a colt ar 9mm without a lot of extra fitting?

My daughter shot a 180 round match sat. We just moved up to a 14 pound spring that mourning.Using your load she had to very careful to use her weak hand grip properly so she wouldn't get any stove pipes.We used a 13 pound recoil spring for a year till she turned 10

I crono a 121 cast bullet the other day with 3.8tg and was at 125.2 Thats as fast as I have gone so far with 9mm cast.

3M 08115 is pretty special stuff for building onto a glock frame.

Thanks, I was confused as to weather the cap was used just to get the springs started in the hole or if it remained over them and stayed in the gun

I have a aftec extractor in a infinity slide which works perfect. I was wanting to remove it and clean the extractor hole.I was wondering if a instaling tool was needed to compress the two springs to reinstall the extractor?

I went all the way down to #12 in my dauthers xd tac using 3.5 t.g.She shot about 10 matches that way this summer. she was 9 and that help her load. She turned 10 the other day and we just moved up to a 14 pounds spring and 3.8 tightgroup.The gun has started acting up a little. We will shoot a match this weekend and see how it's working.May have to send it off and see if we hurt it. but it was a fun summer would do it all over again

Ive used marvel tool oil this last year. Anyone ever use it? I was wondering how it will hold up this summer at the higher round count matches

I wouldn't go more than 400 shipped and I would look for a little cheaper ffl fee.I had one once and had EGW do a stright single action trigger job.I replaced it later with a spo1 with a stright single action trigger and the better sights.

My 10 year old dauther is shooting a XD 9 with cast 121 gr flatnose bullet about 1.080 long. When she unloads and shows clear many times the bullet will be stuck in the chamber like a 40sw with a glock bulge. It also happens while hand cycling the bullets thur the gun. Sometimes the bad bullet will do it more then once, sometimes it won't. Today while cycling some of the MG 124gr bullets loaded to 1.125 by hand they would hang up with the slide about half way back. A few light jerks would work it the rest of the way out. I tightened the crimp and it helped some. Any help would be appreciated. Hoping to get this cleared up before she shoots Double Tap.

I don't believe the trigger type is legal for uspsa production. Could only be used in limited. It would make a fine IDPA gun using minor loads. I don't know if a A 5 inch version of the XDM40 was ever made. I would get a 5 inch xd before I got a 4 inch XDM

I wish my 2011 didn't have one. I've only accidentally moved it once.It was the first stage of a major match.something like that always happens on the first stage anyway.Glad the crome spartian I got from Dawson didn't come with one
