  1. I wish the general public were able to see that the problem isn't people owning firearms but the decadence of social values and ethics which creates anti socials like that shooter.
  2. Hello and welcome! Anothe forum member from NJ here... I shoot at CJRPC and Cherry Ridge, where do you shoot?
  3. Happy birthday!!! A bit far for me but thanks for the invite
  4. I have the large Midway but like others have said the desing is good but quality not so much, also is a little too big for what I need for a match so I've been thinking on getting a set up on a 5.11 12 hour rush pack.
  5. I had an AA for my G19 Gen3 and use to love Remington Golden Bullets, never a problem with it. CCI mini mags also work good but a bit more expensive
  6. I have a Chrony that I've shot the uprights a couple times but the little device is so bad and frustating to use that one of this days I will shoot it right on the center of the screen where it shows ERRR all the time...
  7. This is great news! I think it's a great exposure to people not too familiar with firearms.
  8. Keep in mind I'm using PD 124gr FMJ, I've heard the MG CMJ's are a slight bit slower, but it should get you pretty close. Thank you!
  9. I shoot Bayou Bullets 180gr with 3.2gr of Clays and I like it a lot cycles great on my G35 with a 13# spring and the recoil is nice and very accurate.
  10. I have a case of 9mm CMJ 124gr from Montana Gold on his way and I'll try your recipe
  11. Good sights (I prefer front fiber optic and rear black serrated adjustable from Dawson Precision) and a safe trigger job (I went for glockworx parts). As much dry fire and range time as posible and you will figure out what else you need... I also put some skate tape and helps me to keep a proper grip.
  12. I've been wanting to put my hands on one of this... Maybe will be my new "toy" for the summer.
  13. I though that rule already existed... It makes sense to me. I have the safety on my SS gun with no problems so far.

Has to be the mag catch... A little filing on the right spot and you should be ok, I had the same problem on my 1911 when I installed a Wilson mag release.
  15. Thank you for all this detailed data!!! I'm loading a batch right now.
  16. Enjoy!!! From a fellow born again single
  17. Congratulations to all of you loosing the weight!!
  18. Thank you for all yoir responses. I'll do some experiments and post my experience here.
  19. Hello, I just got a box of 223 Hornady Match 75gr HPBT bullets to try. I would like to learn from people using this, I haven't got any specific powder other than the W748 that I use for my 55gr but seems like this is not a good option for a heavy bullet. A friend of mine was having case capacity problems with Varget so I'm a bit lost on what to use...
  20. Well, I did it. I order the tugsten guide rod and a 15# ISMI spring along with the adaptor for my G35 Gen4. It does make a noticeable difference with the stock spring system and I like it a lot. My glock with the brass magwell and tugsten rod have more of the feel of a all steel gun like a 1911 and the balance is very nice. Now I have to do my homework and practice, practice, practice...
  21. Thank you, this is very helpful. I've been shooting mine and I like it a lot but I was wondering if it will get even better with the rod and light spring. Remember, the Gen4's use a dual-rate recoil assembly. They are not interchangeable with the Gen3's. I've been running a Gen4 35 since late December with the oem recoil assembly. Mine runs like an open sore. Check www.glockworx.com the have an adaptor to use rods and springs.
