I want to know more about the shotgun at the top of the picture. Looks a bit like their take on an SLP 18"

Thanks for the info. I sent an email last week to the generic email for Velocity Shooter and have not heard back. Now that I know he is at SHOT, I will wait before following up.

Assuming the bolt release and lifter are the same on the competition? Those are two changes I would like to see made at the factory.

Any word on pricing?

I love the OD ones. Could not find one and went with black.

Are the dummy shells the same/about the same weight as a live shell? If so, might have to get some. I can always load some shot (no powder) into a fired shell leaving the fired primer in it to practice with. But I like the idea of a dedicated dummy round. Less chance of confusing it with a live round.

Thanks for the info/video. I am 6'7" and had similar difficulties with the Romero finger grab. Dropped quite a few today. Started resting the shells against my rings finger and got quite a bit smoother.

I have a Safariland ALS 6377 (I think) love it. Bought it for my Glock 19, will probably use it with my Glock 34 once Xmas gets here. The barrel extends about 1", but I don't really see that causing any problems.

The Midlength from Spikes is not much more than the carbine. I have one and love it. They are great people to deal with. Call Garrett, he will take care of you.

Having the same problem. Probably had 50-60 seconds added onto my total time this past weekend b/c of my pistol shooting. Not blaming the pistol, but the shooter. My life does not allow practice right now, so the matches the past 2 months has been my only real, live fire practice. I need to slow down since I am a beginner, but knowing that and doing that are 2 different things. I need to get more dry fire and muscle memory developed at home while watching TV. I am considering swapping out the rear sights. I have the Glock 3 dot night sights, and thinking about swapping out the rear sights so I just have the front dot. I have trouble with the 3 dots. Figure for $6 I can swap out the rears and always put them back in if I want to.

From now on I will always call first. I have placed 3 orders with them, and each time an item was back ordered. I really do not like not being able to see what is out of stock on the website. Might be a little better if they would ship the part of the order that is in stock, then the back ordered item when it is available, but they hold the whole order waiting on the back ordered item.

Just wanted to say Howdy. Looking to get into 3 gun and competitive shooting and found you guys. I have joined a new range that just opened here http://texasshootingrange.com/ , and really looking forward to attending shoots out there once they get going. I believe the LaRue 2011 shoot is going to be held there as well, think I will watch this year. I shot trap and skeet a few years ago, and this past year I have been building my first AR15. I now have the basic tools for 3 gun, just waiting for a match and the stars to align so I can get away from the family for a day to go shoot. Really looking forward to giving it a try. Alden
