  1. Please don't bring logic, reason and experience to an internet discussion
  2. Operator error, you're bumping the cylinder release.
  3. I'm a big fan of Sport Pistol, but it's hard to find these days.
  4. Thanks, I was just worrying that I would lose velocity. I guess I'll be fine.
  5. Clays powder, not International, not universal.
  6. I load and chrono 9mm at sea level, but I'm traveling to a match in Salt Lake City. Does a 4000 foot elevation change affect muzzle velocity?
  7. I load on a Dillon 750, and have different 9mm loads for different applications. One load for PCC, one load for USPSA, one load for ICORE, and one load for NRA Precision Pistol. I'm using RMR 124gr Match Winner in everything but ICORE. In ICORE I'm using 160gr Bayou or Blue.
  8. Oh, no. My wife can't rack the slide on my glock 19, so I put in a light recoil spring, and loaded up some light ammo.

  10. I'm 65, the only thing in my will is a bar tab for 65 bucks. It's yours.
  11. I really have no idea what the pressure is, but my S&W 627 is rated for .357 magnum. My 929 is rated for 9mm, and I have no idea what pressure it's rated for.
  12. I bit the bullet (so to speak) and bought 30,000 SPP, and 12 pounds of Sport Pistol and 16 pounds of Clays. I'm only using 3 grains in either .38 Short Colt or 9mm behind a 160 grain slug. I'm 65, I'm probably not going to need primers or powder in 30 years? 20 years...
  13. More like, ever. Prices are never going down. This is the new normal.
  14. Yeah, my local place had it on sale a few months ago for $29 a pound. They had 75 pounds, I bought 4. I should have bought them all
  15. .38 Short Colt revolver loads are virtually the same as 9mm revolver loads.
