  1. My barrel was obviously bent at last year's Arizona State Revolver Championship. Sometimes it was bent to the left, sometimes it was bent to the right. When I took it to the range today to adjust the sights, it was bent back to the middle. See you guys and girls this weekend in Phoenix.
  2. Nah, baloney. The fast guys know the secret setup, they just won't share it with us
  3. I know this is old, but who is "our" ?
  4. Cheapest handguard I found, and great quality. Made in the USA. https://www.ar15handguard.com/hontac-12-slim-m-lok-handguard-free-float-ar15-223-5-56-made-in-usa/
  5. I buy my Starline Brass direct from Starline, it's the cheapest I've found it.
  6. Funny thing about 231, it also makes power factor with 3.8 and a Blue Bullets 147 (they really weigh 149) Name: .38 Short Colt: 149gr Blue TC: 231 3.80gr: Starline Case: OAL 1.2 S&W 627 Notes: S&W 627 Shots: 6 Average: 823 ft/s SD: 11 ft/s Min: 804 ft/s Max: 837 ft/s Spread: 33 ft/s Power Factor Average: 122 Power Factor Low: 119 Power Factor High: 124 Barometric Pressure: 30 in Hg Temperature: 56 F Weight: 149.0 gr. Powder/Wt: 231 3.80gr Bullet/Wt: Blue 149gr TC Primer: Win SPP Case: Starline OAL: 1.2 Gun: S&W 627
  7. I use .38 short colt, 160gr Bayou Bullets with 3.0gr of Clays, Federal Small Pistol Primers, loaded to 1.20 OAL.
  8. Eli's comin', hide your heart, girl Eli's comin', hide your heart, girl Girl, Eli's a-comin', you better hide Girl, Eli's a-comin', you better hide
  9. I'm way too cheap to buy something like that, but thanks for the info.
  10. Pardon my ignorance, but what makes that upper worth a grand?
  11. I've shot a 627 PC for a few years now. No idea what it says on the barrel, I'm looking at the front sight
  12. I only shot 10 rounds in my PCC. They fed fine, but obviously WAY more testing is needed. I will say they make nice clean holes in the targets.
  13. I was building an Aero Precision AR15, and it uses 4-40 set screw to hold a spring in place. You need a tiny .050 Allen wrench. I had one, because I've built them in the past. I looked all over, but couldn't find it. I finally said screw it, and bought one a few days ago for 3 bucks. Guess what I found in a box of roll punches today? The truth is out there (and so is your rail). .
  14. Yeah, they plunk in one PCC but not the other. I'm thinking of having my pistol and my PCCs all chambered the same, so I can load to the same OAL. I load 4.2gr of 231 for my pistol, but only 3.8gr in my PCC.
  15. Anybody shooting RMR 124gr Match Winner (TC) bullets in their PCC? Do truncated cone bullets feed? I loaded some up to 1.090 OAL, but haven't had a chance to shoot them yet. Thoughts?
  16. Anybody got a link to a wave spring? I have no idea what you guys are talking about.
  17. I loaded up some 124 match winner (TC) . My OAL is 1.090 before they would plunk. That's close enough, right?
