  1. It would be nice if all gun and ammunition manufacturers had the Barrett attitude.
  2. I'll get a neck sizer die. thanks.
  3. I'm new to reloading rifle and I bought 1k of processed Scharch, but just came across this thread: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&...=9&t=663268 any comments?
  4. No - why would there be? No problems falling out? Dust? NOPE! Dust....no more a risk than without contacts. I carry saline solution in my gun bag for any problems or discomforts that may arise. I put my 15 year old son in contacts for the very purpose of shooting. I felt his eyes were safer in contacts with shooting glasses...rather than just plain glasses. Plus...more cost effective. To get prescription shooting glasses...well just ask XRE about that He can tell you about the Oakley's he still hasn't bought Thanks for the info. Found out yesterday that glasses would help especially for driving at night. I figured contacts would be the way to go for shooting, but this is all new to me so the more info the better. Where's the best place to get contacts? My right eye has a astigmatism and is 20/30, left is 20/25.
  5. No - why would there be? No problems falling out? Dust?
  6. What I'd like to know is there any problems wearing contacts while shooting?
  7. Had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy at the same time a couple of years ago. From what I remember I had to drink a small container of stuff that flushed you out. The worse part imho was fasting. Btw, I was put under for the procedures.
  8. Got this link off of AR15.com: Statement of the Case starts on page 22: http://www.scotusblog.com/wp/wp-content/up...dc-v-heller.pdf
  9. Oh, In my opinion, Bushmaster sucks too. Are you trying to be funny?
  10. That certainly has NOT been my experience with my several ARs from DPMS. . DPMS puts out a very nice AR - and other components. Perhaps without the glitter of some but tight QC and very resonable prices. Not my experience, sorry. DPMS uses very few MIL SPEC parts in their AR's. They make OK platforms for play guns, but they are not taken seriously by tactical and LE units. Critical operations like carrier key staking is often weak. Do they have chrome bores standard? .556 or .223 chambers? M&P bolts. No. No. No. My personal experiences and those of friends are that DPMS makes an OK gun that strives to deliver, but rarely does. After the last fiasco where they douldn't get 2 JP triggers to stop doubling on two different varmint guns we wrote them off the "good" list. For quality second to none in AR's, look at Noveske, MSTN, LMT, Knights, and even lowly old Colt. Colt is STILL the preferred AR manufacturer for LE duty because their stuff just plain works and the parts used are MIL-SPEC where it count. I would suspect the adjustment of the JP triggers...before discarding the recievers as defective. JMHO...Jim +1
  11. Used to pump off twenty no problem back when having to do the PFT, that was over twenty years ago, not so lucky anymore.
  12. That and the doctors were saying that the wounds that were treated were consistant of an Assault Rifle. What the heck does that mean? The doctors don't know either.
  13. What are the odds off getting ripped off twice within a two month period. This time it was a credit card that I haven't used in months. Luckily I received an email saying irregular activity(unlike my bank-checking) so I called immediately to see what was going on. Three attempts all on the same day, one went through for 444.20 in Hong Kong at some place called wremchi??? Card canceled! I think stoning would be too good for these type of people that commit such crimes, may be setting them on fire in a room full of mirrors would be more appropriate.
  14. What is so great about P Mags compared the the regular GI aluminum mags?
  15. If he's found guilty, I say let the victims stone him.
  16. Jack, I completely understand: http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=55506
  17. Or the reporting of how CA, and the rest of the country feels, has been skewed all along. Ouch ! you guys are killing me here Just remember that CA ranks #1 in USPSA members. Is that Limited 10 members?
  18. Liked the commercial, but every time a politician says he's a lifetime hunter and will protect the Second Amendment it raises alarms.
  19. I haven't had any problems with deals on this forum. Now if I could find those 1,000 Hornady 55 FMJ's that grew legs and walked away from my reloading bench. Which one of yas did it???
