  1. who cares about power factors in 3 gun, thats a USPSA thing. if your ammo cant knock over the steel thats your bad for downloading the powder charge. be alittle smarter next match. All a power factor does is to make you get your powder/bullet mix just to that fine line to barely make major. its not really full house factory standards. I look at it kinda like classifiers or a classification system. Worthless and encourages sandbaggers. but thats another topic.....Crap....now I pissed myself off, now I got to go and arrest someone. I'll have to tell the poor fool.. "your going to jail tonight because of the forums!"
  2. My personal opinion, I think the powers that wanna be just shot themselfs in the foot with this rule change. If 40 is allowed and Glock 45's are not allowed, you wont see me or my brother shooting in HM class ever again. Not a good change if you ask me, but obviously you didn't. Good Luck with keeping this class alive.
  3. I had Dave at Buy Brown in Tucson make a Kydex holster for me at the SMM3gun for a long wide STI. He made it with a BladeTech Tech Lock for $45.00 It works great.
  4. I had one big ass penalty on the long range stage or I would have won, hehehehe
  5. Big Dave, anyone ever tell you your front sight is backwards ?
  6. I have 2 of them and they work great.
  7. when they say electronic stuff, its for DT scales, HP1 headsets, case vibratory cleaners and such. trust me I know, I have worked there for 12 1/2 years and am currently on leave from Dillon while going through the Maricopa County Sheriffs Academy for 5 months. Dillon is a great place to work and they/we treat the customers like they should be treated. you wont be disappointed. call them 1-800-223-4570
  8. They'll send you one free of charge, just call them. Lifetime warranty
  9. WoW, I'm way late on this thread. As for the original Q on this topic. Tim Milkovich loads the shotgun strong hand using the Benelli NOOO pistol grip. thx
  10. The black washers was first then the clearish white one with the split ends, the solid white bushing is from the SL900 shotgun loader, it is standard on all powder systems now on all machines. It is free if you need one.
  11. They are the same, axcept the primer cam assy and the slide insert cam assy are longer for the super 1050
  12. Haven't made up my mind on what class to shoot yet. But I have to be there, my whole fam damily is shooting the match (me,wife, son, daughter, brother).
  13. I still think the HE-MAN Class should be pump SG only, hence the word HE-MAN. lets change that Kurt.
  14. The match you might be thinking of is a benefit match for MS or MD in Kansas. My brother was supposed to go but work got in the way. I will find out the name and repost it.
  15. you can also get thin AR front sights from www.blackmoonent.com we have them now but our business and site is new. they go for $25 and are .040 wide.
  16. The Dillon Retail store has the 308 brass for $35/1000 there are a few berdan primed ones in the box.
  17. No, well....actually yes. It has been in the works for the last 6 or so years, but the minigun contracts have been keeping the guys at Dillon Aero busy. Just keep waiting.
  18. We do have a deal on 308 brass in the retail store. I think it is $35/1000 and it came out of the M-134 minigun. The brass is mostly Hertenberger and has tight flash holes, you will need to use one of our decap pins or you will pull the pins out of any other brands assemblies.
  19. Kelly you are right, we had a great time down south shooting major caliber rifles at the last match. My son and I both used M1A's and a few guys had FAL's. We really dont go for the serious match, but for the fun. Besides winning another Dillon bag just goes back on my account. I havent had a full paycheck from there in 11 years. LOL Within 25 yards my M1A can do a really good double tap, my FAL is pretty good also. I like the rule of 1A or 1C for the big guns, I'd go along and vote for that.
  20. different powders have different bulk densities , the number system is going to mess up a new reloader, Jimmybob and peggysue wont figure out that stuff and hurt themselfs. Thats why we didnt make then at the factory.
  21. that gas tube is called the pigtail and is about $75.00 in brownells, it does make the 16 feel like a 20, we are playing with them a little
  22. my brother has a 26" vent rib M1 barrell with chokes for sale if anyone is interested. $300
  23. Its still a Remington 1100, which means its still gonna break. And WOW looks like the wiz bang SX2 is having problems, hmmmmmmmmm will wonders never cease. I said it before and I'll say it again, stick with a Benelli, but what do I know. I'm new at this. (Edited by tim3gun at 10:43 pm on Jan. 29, 2003)
  24. Mark at 3gungear.com also does the "ghost load" on the post ban Benelli's for about $50 for the conversion and he doesnt cut on your gun. He did one for me on one of my Benelli's and its worth it.
