Just got one for SP, using Federal Gold Medal have tried both A & B plates. Problem I have is that occasionally get a primer sideways (i.e. lying on its edge) that sticks as soon as it enters bottom of A or B plate and won't budge. I have adjusted the plates and can't seem to fix the problem, usually this is with it at full speed. Any ideas?

I installed one. It worked. However since the loading port on the versamax is longer than the benelli it's much easier to launch shells into space before they go into the mag tube.

I put a brand new one in yesterday and the gun still failed.

I have an M2 with a 12 rd tube on it that seems to have run fine for quite awhile. I put a 2rd extension (14 total) on it and now it seems to not run so fine, even with a brand new Nordic HD spring. I shoot open so like having the extra capacity but want a reliable gun. Trapr suggested I put two springs in, just curious what peoples experiences have been with M2s and how long a tube you can put on it and what spring works well.

If anyone with a Super 1050 can post a picture of the area on the right side where there is a bolt that goes through a cam which operates the primer seating pin. Especially want to see the washer under the bolt head and its relationship to the press and bolt head. A bonus picture of the bolt removed from the press would be awesome too.

Twice yesterday I fired my M2 and the bolt got stuck in open, I couldn't push it forward or push the bolt release button. It was during a match so in the rush I'm not sure how I fixed it. Both times the round fired before the bolt stuck open was a slug, first time an extreme slug (never shot before) and second a Speer (which I have shot a bunch of out of this gun without problems). Both times the 12 round mag tube was fully loaded. I have had this M2 for probably 6 or 7 years and haven't replaced anything but the magazine tube spring. So any ideas about why it would do this? It ran fine rest of the match with birdshot and fiocchi 1oz low recoil slugs.

It's always a pain with their website being overloaded and not working. Not worth the hassle IMO.

I ran this scope for the Rocky Mountain 3Gun World Championship and found that it did the job well for me. I have the BDC reticle setup with a 250 yard zero and could hold the main dot dead on for 250 targets, a tad high for targets out to 330 or so and then use the second large dot for 400 yard targets. I found the reticle didn't confuse me or cause mental errors, it worked just great.

Wow, 5 days of Rocky Mountain 3Gun Stages=marathon. The ROs, Denise & JJ and everyone else really busted their butts for us shooters, thank you. Great to meet some of the international shooters and enjoy the stages, I had a great time. Squad 27 was a great bunch of guys, lots of fun being entertained by Eric Miller for 5 days. Looking forward to a 3 day match next year

Here is my conundrum for new glasses. I need prescription glasses with the best protection and optical clarity possible. I do not want RX inserts. I like the Decots but worry that they lack enough side protection, they are available in trivex which is supposedly the best optical clarity and protection available. The Rudy's would have more side protection but I don't think can be had in trivex so not as good of optical clarity and protection. Any input?
