  1. Why not lower than 10 lbs?
  2. Those are all photos of an Infinity Signature Square.
  3. What's the difference between the: Infinity Standard Square Infinity Standard Round Infinity Extended Profile I can't find a photo comparison or description of the differences. Thanks!
  4. 1. "3-gun" matches where there is 300rds of Rifle, 300rds of pistol and 20rds of shotgun in the whole match. (Numbers exaggerated for effect) 2. Shotgun stages that are under 20rds. 3. Rifle stages that are over 90rds. 4. Overly complex stages that have overly complex rules of what targets can be engaged from what positions and become simon-says memory games, rather than a shooting game. 5. Ambiguous stage description that has one squad shooting one way and another squad shooting differently because the RO's aren't being consistent.
  5. Here's my AR-15 with Bennie Cooley Comp on it.... the dot stays really still. Surprisingly so. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0gsBMbt2vQ Please note that this is a sub-7lb gun in this configuration.(sans ammo)
  6. That is a sexy stage. I wish my local club had enough steel to do something like that. I love shooting steel. This would be a dream-stage!
  7. Just put a big magwell on it and have fun. Since you can't go over 10rds anyway, there is really no advantage to a 2011 compared to a 1911 design. MOST parts are interchangeable between the two, one just has a double-stack mag.
  8. http://jbweld.net/faq.php Q: How can I remove J-B Weld after it is fully cured? A: When fully cured, J-B Weld can only be removed by grinding or filing it off, or by directly heating the product above the 600 degree maximum temperature threshold.
  9. The disadvantage to single stack is Capacity. Now if you live in a state where you are restricted to 10rd capacity, then you have no disadvantage other than finding a smaller magazine hole compared to the double stack guns.... what state do you live in?
  10. You should be able to buy a modern comp. What are your plans for the single-stack open gun?
  11. every Thursday night the South Florida Pistol Club shoots as well.
  12. I've read A LOT of information on this site. I just bought a Dawson DP2 comp for my new gun.
  13. Tons of information on Comps on this site. There is a diminishing return for increased length and increased # of ports/baffles. It's all about balance.
  14. Thanks for bringing back the DP#2 and DP#2 TJ Comps. I ordered one today and can't wait to put it on my gun! ~Judd

    Too much

I think it goes in phases. One thing I noticed: 2008-2009 i saw a bunch of slide-mounted mini-dots. Now, you don't see it as much on new builds, but you see alot of photos of 90* Cmore Mounts. People are always looking for an edge, and they will try new things if they perceive it as giving them an edge.
  16. I'm thinking about just using my Golf Cleats.
  17. I made the mistake of leaving my RL22 Powder in the garage in my hopper when I was reloading .270win. The first session had really good accuracy in the gun. As the weeks went by the reloads got more and more erratic. I don't leave powder in the garage anymore. It's all inside in the AC. FL humidity in the garage killed that pound of powder. Just my anecdotal evidence.
  18. IT works on Firefox and Chrome Go to google.com and in the search bar type "do a barrel roll" and before you finish the screen will spin!
  19. Mount the Cmore Upside down! It would be a tall mount! Post pics when you get it made up!
  20. I know there are lots of posts already about Cmore vs. X, Y or Z. My question is, WHY is the CMore the primary go-to optic for open? What advantage is there to floating the red-dot high-above the bore? Why not a Tube-Dot? Help me out. Thanks!
  21. I love my EXZR100 (Casio) See me shooting my XDm40. When you are shooting, it looks like the gun isn't moving hardly at all, but in high-speed, you really see the recoil flip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vW-7h9FA1vM&feature=youtu.be
  22. I run a Saiga-12 with a JT Engineering Magwell for AGP 10rd mags. When I was practicing alot my reloads were fast. So fast that it made starting with a drum and switching to a stick mag on stages of 22+ rounds was the same time as reloading twice on the magwell. On the other hand, I don't understand the rule. Why do they insist on keeping tube-guns competitive by adding restrictions? Imagine if they were adding rules to keep Winchester 30-30 lever actions competitive with ARs.
