  1. And a great group of people that run the place! They have bent over backwards to make sure everyone is having fun. It is well worth the trip to shoot the match!
  2. Chuck, I wanted to send a quick THANK YOU to all who got this off the ground!!! It was a great match and look forward to next month! You can really tell the countless hours that have been put in and the quality of work that has been done. It was well worth the two plus hour trip. Guys and girls if you want a new place in Ohio to shoot, get this one on your schedule. I hear there are some more new bays coming in the not too distant future.
  3. It is a shame that it coincides with the Indiana 400 match! Both are GREAT matches to attend. I wished they did not overlap.
  4. Both of my Infinity 9mm guns with two holes run on the following: 124 JHP Montana Gold Bullets 9.7 grains of 3n38 (compressed) 1.165 OAL 176-177 power factor depending on the chrono I could cut back to 9.6 but the guns like the gas at that power factor
  5. The seven hour drive was well worth it! Great match and staff as ALWAYS. Stages were very inventive and technical. The reverse Texas Star was just one great example. Looking forward to Area 8.
  6. Chuck, Thanks for the update and continued hard work. ALOT of us cannot wait to shoot your first official match! Papa
  7. Chuck, GREAT JOB all the hard work will payoff. Very nice looking pictures of the bays! Papa Joe
  8. Since you were so decisive with stage specifics, any update? Weaver-bagger and Smooth-bagger are itching to move up a class!
  9. Chef, He is STILL trying to get Brandon to build him a revolver his TRUE weapon of choiceLOL
  10. I am with Woof, VERY heavy food! Hotel would be nice especially with the holiday weekend.
  11. From what I am hearing things are shaping up nicely! A certain match director has been given the task by his club(with cash) to go to the Shot Show to get STUFF for the match! For those that have shot there, know the quality of the matches. For those that have not, you need to go to this match and you will not be disappointed! NOW regarding the team up NORTH, hopefully they will finally give the Scarlet and Gray some competition! But The Big House will still be filled with Maize and Blue tears! As far as RYAN, remember his gun is on the wrong side. He gets confused a lot and may have sent it via Pony Express.
  12. Should be the same as for crossing border anywhere. You will need paperwork from RCMP, including temporary gun permit and authorization to transport (ATT). Unloaded gun is locked in a case with trigger lock put on. All magazines must be permanently pinned to 10 rounds max. I believe Roy Neal helped a few people from Detroit area to get the paperwork during last few years. I have been to Canada before via Detroit with Roy a few times and understand those rules. The issue is traveling through NY to get to the border. Their mag rules are more stringent.
  13. Someone asked me what are the rules for traveling through Buffalo NY to Toronto with guns(mags)?
  14. Jason, If this "The Berms" match is anything like the "40's" match, it is going to be one NOT to miss!
  15. Sounds like a GREAT way to ensure the safety and longevity of the range for years to come! Count me in on the match. Just think of every other match they have, times two. They ALWAYS put on an excellent match and the staff is without saying.
  16. BIG sticks are in order for this one! Let's see: 320 minimum rounds/$25= $.078125 per shot fired if you ONLY shoot the minimum. If you take a few extra it is even cheaper. LOL I am hearing SMOOTH wants to start shooting REVO for this one. That is a heck of a deal and I am sure it will be a great match like always. THANKS to all the guys at WCRHC for everything you guys do.
  17. The question at hand is: Were there improprieties and/ or COI? Does an individual who is attempting to gather facts enabling him/ her to make a RATIONAL conclusion for his/her constituents an impropriety? OUR elected officials are there for us and to report back to us. If there are errors be it "Cut and Paste" or COI, then we should be made aware of the issue(s) for the betterment and future of USPSA. How were these contracts originated and/or covered up???
