I didn’t have to fit anything on mine.

I bought a second slide from my S2 and and had CZ Custom cut it for their plate system and the slide slid right on the frame.

I had a spare slide for my Shadow 2 milled by CZ Custom for their plate system. I’ve had direct milled guns before, but I have come to prefer having to option to change sights in the event that a better optic becomes available.

I do not have a threaded barrel yet. Someone on another forum asked if it would work, so I gave it a shot. I think it will run subsonic ammo with a suppressor in place.

I put 637 rounds through mine today and I had one light strike that fired the second time and two rounds hung up on the feed ramp when I hit the slide stop on a full magazine. Both were bulk HP rounds and after that I didn’t have any problems. It does not like subsonic ammo. I put 10 rounds of Aguilla 40gr and the first 5 rounds ejected, but didn’t have enough energy to load the next round. Range was 10 yards and I was shooting as fast as I could load the only magazine I bought. Ammo used: CCI Stinger 50 Federal black 100 Federal Auto match 50 Federal bulk 50 Winchester black 50 Winchester 555 bulk 50 Aguilla super 50 Aguilla subsonic 10 rds 5 failure to feed CCI Blazer 50 CCI ar tactical 152 Winchester wildcat 35

It’s an older can now, but the quietest 9mm can I have shot is my AAC TiRant. Rugged and Dead Air make very nice and durable cans also.

Yes, but there isn't a wealth of options like there are for the 17 length recoil systems. I'm looking for info on what folks have actually used so I don't waste money.

What does everyone prefer for guiderods for the G45? I need to run a lighter recoil spring to accompany the 30 Luger barrel I got and I didn't see much info when it came to recoil parts for the shorter slide Glocks.

The dealer I ordered mine from should be recieving a few soon. Hopefully I'm near the top of the list.

I have a lot less cash in Cajun parts in my S2 and it's significantly better than that. Definitely not a two stage pull.

I preordered one with an ETA of June. Supposedly Beretta will be announcing 6-8 new 92 models at the NRA show in April.

I have a Glock 19 with a comp and a RMR, but I’m also waiting on a spare slide for my Shadow 2 that I plan on using for CO. The trigger is just so much better on the CZ and it feels better in the hand. My 320 has an X5 grip, but it’s not milled for an RMR yet.

I used a 12lb spring with a skinny buffer and 124 GR Nato ammo today and it was pretty flat. Probably going to try an 11lb with my reloads though.

My ACT mags came in and the bodies are nearly itdentical to my MecGar mags other than the witness holes and finish. The springs and followers are different but also interchangeable. Hopefully I’ll be able to put some rounds through them tomorrow. Left to Right: CZ 18rd, MecGar Shadow 17rd, ACT 17rd

I ended up adding two to my rder from Greg Cote. Shiping was $7 for 6 magazines in total and I'll post some pictures when they arrive.

I didn't see anything in a search, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with ACT CZ 75 magazines? I found some for about $5 less than the Mec-Gar's I normally use and I'm wondering if they are wirth trying?

Well, I managed to pick up a cheap SP-01 and I’m picking up a few Cajun parts so I guess I’ll give it a try.

I reload 223, 9mm and .40 on my 550B when I have time. Everything else is loaded on a single stage RCBS press, only trouble is finding time to load ammo. For that reason its nice to only worry about one bulk pistol caliber for the next year or two.

I just can’t afford to do both right now and I like my 2011’s, but I think I’d shoot them more if they were 9mm. I’ll probably try the Glock next time I shoot and see how it goes.

This is my first year shooting USPSA, but I've shot 2 gun and unsanctioned IDPA in the past. Right now I'm shooting a 6" and 4" 2011 in .40 but all my other pistols are 9mm so I've been thinking about selling off my 2011's and getitng a Shadow 2 and maybe a SP-01 to try carry optics. I have a G19 with a RMR now so I like shooting with a RMR but I prefer the feel of a metal frame. Has anyone dumped their limited gear and regreted it later?
