i "thought " i needed a 2011 for 3gun but then bought a cz spo1 converted it to single action only did some trigger work and havent looked back even with a holster, trigger kit, sights,magwell and 7 mags im still into it less than $1000 so just shoot both and pick the one you like best

Get a spring kit and try them till you find what you like a 10 pound recoil ended up working best for me

Don't know if this helps but I use cci small rifle primers and have never had a ftf running a 15lb hammer spring

one of the reasons i like my chamelon load 2 so much easy on and off goes on right before my turn to shoot and off right after
