  1. It's true. I will have 5 more next week. I just got a forum set up in the Vendor Tent. I will post them there when they come in.
  2. Have you tried using a round nose bullet? Sounds like an oversimplification, but I would try using a factory round nose load. I had a conversation today with another Tanfoglio shooter that had feeding problems disappear completely when he switched from a hollow point bullet to a round nose.
  3. I checked, out of curiosity more than anything, and the serial number is not one of the 21 that I sold. That's good to know. Did you say you carry Henning products and MecGar mags for Tanfos? Yes. I have some Henning stuff in stock right now, with more coming. The Mags I have are the K9 17 Rounders.

  5. So even with the cone barrel, the S3 has more weight on the nose? Well, there is an extra .25" of slide, frame and barrel on the front of the gun.
  6. Wait...Dan?? You going back to a Tanfo after that beauty you just had built?? Not yet. I just held on to one of the Stock III's and since finding holsters was hard, I figured I'd have some made.
  7. I am meeting with the owner of COM Holsters tomorrow. I am going to have about 10 of them made to fit the Stock III. They will work with the BOSS as well as the TekLok. I wanted one for myself and figured I'd have some more made since there are at least 21 new Stock III's on the market with no holsters.
  8. As a side note, I have mags for these guns. I should have mentioned it earlier, but I have them if anyone needs them. I am also in the process of getting set up as a dealer for Extreme Parts. I am currently a dealer for Henning's stuff.
  9. Just a heads up.... These are all gone folks. I will do my best to get more in so I can offer them up here first. I have one that I had originally put up on GunBroker that is currently up for auction. Not sure what it will go for, but I'll let that one play out at this point. I had no idea they would sell so fast here. I appreciate everyone being so cordial and awesome to work with. I have already paid for a spot in the Vendor Tent and all Brian is waiting for is my banner. I'll let you guys know when it's up and running. We are in the process of adding a ton of new items to our online store.
  10. You should contact me if you want one. I received 21 of them yesterday and I have 3 left as of this morning, along with the one that I put on GunBroker. Make that two remaining..... One left....

  13. Stock III 9mm Pistols will be here tomorrow!
  14. How do you determine the best spot to place the rear sight? Is there a predetermined distance you like to use?
  15. Pat, two more things.... 1. Do you have a part number for the 3 Pack? I cannot find it on their website. 2. What height do you use for the front site? I imagine any pistol would site would work. Dawson? I only ask because I have some .180 Dawson STI cuts laying around.
  16. Pat, How do you sight in with your set-up? Windage can be handled with drift, but what about elevation? I would imagine that each shotgun may require a different height front sight. How do you determine what you are going to need?
  17. Any idea on price? I will have a limited number of them available to Enos members at or below MSRP.
  18. I got my hands on several of them. I don't want to break any rules though, so I have contacted Brian about becoming a vendor. I will post more info as soon as I am able to do so within the rules.
  19. That's fine. They have every right to advertise them for that. I just happen to agree that it is a bit misleading. If you don't have any intention of selling them at that price, why even mention a price? It could simply say Out of Stock. Either way, it's their business, they can do as they see fit. I hear good things about them and I am sure they are a good outfit. I just choose to advertise my products differently. All is good. Just voicing an opinion and offering different point of view.
  20. No, that's not what I am saying. I'm simply stating that if you list something for a certain price, that's what you should sell it for. It you are going to mark it up, that's what you should advertise. I don't believe in misleading the customer.
  21. I'd like to chime in on this topic. As a retailer myself, I agree with AlphaSeeker. I do not agree with the policy of listing something at one price when that item is out of stock and them bumping the price up after the fact. Classic form of bait and switch. I think this is dishonest. I do not list items for sale on our website, or in our store for that matter, unless I plan on actually selling the item through that venue. That said, when it comes to highly sought after items like the Stock II 9MM, I believe in selling them at market value and getting the most I can for them. I have been burned way too many times by offering something up at a highly discounted price, only to watch the buyer turn around and sell the item at full market value. It's a fine line, but I try to be as fair as possible. I have actually sold a couple Stock II 9mm Pistols to forum members recently at what I consider to be fair prices based on market value. Sometimes I will put guns for sale on GunBroker and start them out at 1 penny. It is always amazing to me to watch them sell for numbers far beyond I expect to get for them. When that happens, I have zero say in the price. The market truly dictates what they sell for. It's a bit crazy at times. In my opinion, the real culprit here is the manufacturer. Their inability (or unwillingness) to import more is the cause for such high prices through high demand and a lack of supply. It's different with other high dollar guns. Take a gun like a Colt Python for example. They go for crazy money sometimes, but I understand it in this case because they are no longer in production and they have become true collectors items. There is no reason for a current production gun like the Stock II to sell for what it sells for other than the pure demand. People want them. They are a great pistol. And yet, someone in the supply chain has decided to choke the market and let them trickle in.
  22. I got a couple for testing over the weekend and my first impressions are very good. They look to be very well made. I am amazed at how thin the follower is. I am looking forward to some range time with them this week.
