I let my membership lapse for a month or so and then renewed - now all my classifiers have an X - do they come back or do I get to start over?

And - the Mossbergs have great triggers - easy to shoot fast.

I am now satisfied with mine but before recommending it to anyone else I would have to tell them what I went through to get there - complete internal polishing and weld the lifter and smooth the loading opening - oh and a minor detail - I had to bend the barrel to hit point of aim. No it is not satisfactory - it is crap, but now mine works and as long as it does it is good enough - would not do it over again - except, I really like the light recoil - the fast loading and the excellent pointability. I run into folks all the time that have problems with theirs and we can get them working in all cases so far. Mossberg really does not appreciate its customers.

The Mossberg shoots soft and I like the way it points - mine runs now - I shoot 3 gun about 15 times a year and I will stick with the Mossberg for the time being - if I replace it likely I will go to another gas-a-matic.

It will still need tweaking when it comes back.

You don't smack it - you very gently twist it between limbs - very little at a time - works quite well - just don't move it much.

My RO saved me from a squib- I had chambered a new round when I heard the shout - SQUIB! I have heard others - completing a stage is not worth losing a gun or perhaps worse.

40 Minor is sweet and 40 (just) major is quite competitve in Limited. I like my 35

Cerakote does not do well on a gun holstered in Kydex - wears through pretty fast.

Right in the middle between FED and WIN - close enough to FED unless you are really on the razor of ignition.
