If your already set with 5.56/.223 it seems like a big investment. Replace upper and or barrel, replace mags and collect new brass. For 300 more fps might be a nitch thing. The only reason I might get a .300 blkout would be the fact I just need an upper, all my mags will work. I would use my shot out 5.56 brass which is the biggest reason.
