Matt- we just sent in five applications today. Hopefully two more to follow. They have to see if their wives (boss) will let them!

JWB- How many of you southern boys are heading north?

My wives gave me that LOOK. You know, That LOOK. I guess that means I can go. App on it's way.

Hunter will be going back to college on 8/21, so he is not sure that he can get away. I would sure like to be there. Erie, Pa. is a great town. I spent a week end there when I was working.I have to decide if I will go it alone ( maybe my wife will go.) I will be shooting at Ashland Ky. this Sunday I will check, and see if there is any shooters there that are interested. Hope to see yuall soon. ---JWB

Sounds like you are convinced. Just send me an app and it will be complete! There is lots to do. We even have a casino that just added table games!

Once I get stage 1 updated, I would like some suggestions from the Enos forum. Since I did not give the stages any fancy names, how about you guys do it for me? Take a look at the stages posted on the match webpage anf then post some names here. I'll review them all and then name the stages with the best ones. Sound good?

If it was still the old Stage one, you could have named it " YEAH..........RIGHT"

knuckle under to the man because you did away with the 60 yards weak hand string. :roflol:

8.2.2 The competitor assumes the start position as specified in the written

stage briefing. Unless otherwise specified, the competitor must stand

erect, facing downrange, with arms hanging naturally by the sides. A

competitor who attempts or completes a course of fire where an incorrect

start position was used must be required by a Range Official to

reshoot the course of fire. “Arms hanging naturally by sides” is illustrated

in Appendix E3.

Well even though Mr. Folz won't be joining out squad to shoot it head to head ("cause I have to work the match"), you will certainly be there in spirit as we strive to crush yours. Short bus, eh? Hmmmm.......is that what you call the blacked out stealth Jeep that your police cruiser can't catch up to? That's ok, you don't have to be a hater. You could shed some weight out of the car in order to catch up (I will leave it to you on where that excess comes from.......I have some suggestions but the only one I can print in a family forum like this is the box of doughnuts and the twinkee's and the cupcakes (insert all bad cop jokes/stereotypes here). And who says wearing body armor is just an on the job sort of thing-with shots like this coming in, you might want to keep it on for the match). Just don't bear hug me again-you allmost crushed me last time and I'm sensitive. No, really, I am.

We lost Mike Dame in our group due to a work conflict but Matt Trout called me and is joining our squad with another friend. Now I have no excuses on not beating you with Matt showing me how a stage should actually be shot. That is normally what I have Mike for. Our only problem is going to be staying serious long enough to shoot a stage. I think we have too many comedians on my squad doing stand up all day long.

Less than a month to go and the shots are allready starting to fly.............I can't wait.

Poor poor Roy, who said your going to even make the match? Black Jeep, stealth like, whats the registration number? Oh dont worry, Ill get it! Just make sure you take some laxatives before you begin your trip, the search for contriband, or uh I mean weapons will go much easier. :roflol: Its great to have friends in Ohio or is that low places I mean. Yeah as far as body armor, your right, I think I will wear it when you shoot my stage, I have seen you shoot. I think I may even wear it at the nats. Silly man, Matt will no doubt send you into a painted corner, I pay better! :roflol::cheers: Oh I cant wait for the nationals, this is going to fun brother.

Thanks for getting Harry all worked up, Roy.

I was going to shoot with him, but now that he is all jacked-up, I might have to go into the auto-squadding and move somewhere else.

The sacrifices we make to put on great matches...

Separate us! Shoot, you couldnt separate us with a hose and a branding iron. Roy prefers the branding iron just so you know.
